The baristas there are amazing! BAM doesn’t know what true gems they have that work there. Always kind, caring, and thoughtful in providing your drink. They ensure to make great recommendations for you when you aren’t sure what you want. Muggs is constantly updating their menu and experimenting with new flavors.

In a bookstore, but not the relaxed feeling atmosphere that other coffee places offer. Staff is pretty slow at making the drink and make them taste a bit off. I ordered a Ice White Mocha and it was just a iced caffe latte, no flavor of white mocha at all. Overall not a good experience, just get starbucks.

Getting onto Wi-Fi is impossible. Don't come here if you want to use Wi-Fi. Sign on forces log in with Google, but the integration is broken. Employee on duty agreed it was not working, then tried to get me to buy a membership just to get Wi-Fi while I was having a coffee ? kind of a shame because I would definitely enjoy hanging out at the bookstore and don't mind buying a few coffees to do so

Very slow one person working and won't even greet you so I left and went back to Starbucks and they took my order guess joe muggs don't need the business

Nice little coffee joint. Lots of extras as usual. Pretty decent coffee. I like coffee places in bookstores. But then again, I just like bookstores. You could put an anvil factory in one and that would be just fine with me. Just don't take away my books.
