They were busy bc there was a special, and it was close to closing, but they told me up front, and brought the food out to my car. They were incredibly polite, professional, and right on time to what they said. I would definitely recommend this store.

Phone number on here to store does not work. When I went up because my fries where cold, I only got 3 tenders in 2 of the 5 tender meals and the drinks tasted like they had old in them. (Like they had not cleaned the nozzles, in 10 years.) I was told that they would not replace anything. That i was lying about the drinks and that the fries where fine they even pulled one out and said that feels hot to me and put it back in the bag told me to have a good day and walked away.

Worst KFC ever. Wish I read the reviews before coming here. Ordered original chicken and it was basically like Royal Farms chicken…but worse…actually that’s an insult to Royal Farms… horrible, horrible, horrible, never again!!

We always have good service and good food here. The chicken was just the right crispiness and not too oily like some KFCs. I didn't even notice a KFC was there until my son went here after school one day with friends and he came home and specifically asked for this KFC and said it was good so I'm glad I gave KFC another chance. My only feedback (and that is being picky) would be the lobby, although clean, seemed a little old or something. It could use a refresh or update. Everything else was good and the people working there are so nice and friendly and helpful.

This location has a lot to be desired the girl who hands out the food does not hand out the food properly gives you old chicken versus good chicken and stale. They need better people in the chicken for customer service
3/8/25 bought 16 piece chicken and sides. Chicken was apparently left over from the day before, it was hard and dried out. We ended up pitching chicken in trash.

My dad got food poisoning (salmonellosis) from eating at here. He ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken, and he got sick a few hours later. (the chicken was undercooked.) He was suffering for almost an entire day, constantly in and out of the bathroom.

Food is good, service is good. But don't eat inside! The smell alone. It doesn't look like they've cleaned in months. 4/5 tables haven't been cleaned! The bathroom is worse. But other than that it's not bad

Ordered from their website: Chicken was good, but I didn’t get any biscuits with my four piece order and I didn’t get the large coleslaw that I ordered. place the order for a four piece and a two piece meal. Two piece meal was fine.
