This location has a lot to be desired the girl who hands out the food does not hand out the food properly gives you old chicken versus good chicken and stale. They need better people in the chicken for customer service
3/8/25 bought 16 piece chicken and sides. Chicken was apparently left over from the day before, it was hard and dried out. We ended up pitching chicken in trash.

My dad got food poisoning (salmonellosis) from eating at here. He ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken, and he got sick a few hours later. (the chicken was undercooked.) He was suffering for almost an entire day, constantly in and out of the bathroom.

Food is good, service is good. But don't eat inside! The smell alone. It doesn't look like they've cleaned in months. 4/5 tables haven't been cleaned! The bathroom is worse. But other than that it's not bad

Ordered from their website: Chicken was good, but I didn’t get any biscuits with my four piece order and I didn’t get the large coleslaw that I ordered. place the order for a four piece and a two piece meal. Two piece meal was fine.

The food was good, unfortunately we waited about 25mins for most of our order. They couldn't fill it and had to substitute the rest. Then we had to ask for our drinks and wait again.

Ordered original recipe chicken one time (8pc) and the breading wasn't fully cooked. Another time I ordered at 3pc white meat and instead of two breasts I got a thigh and a breast, also didn't receive the sauces for the tenders I also got. Paying for something and getting something else/stuff not included feels like they don't care about the customer. Definitely not worth going to this KFC unless you are using coupons/promos.
We ordered KFC last Wednesday,It was a hour and half late. Food was cold,And we ordered two buckets of soda they were hot!! I contacted customer service.They said they were going to refund it. Now they just want to give us delivery fee back !! This is not acceptable. And NOT what we were told Wednesday night. Hope you're food is right, because they will not make it right .

I was there last night to get dinner. I asked for a simple 3 piece tender meal with 2 sides (cole slaw and mashed potatoes w/gravy) I pulled in the parking lot to make sure they didn’t forget my honey mustard (they did) so I had to go inside to get that. Only to get home and realize they gave me the wrong order. I should’ve checked the food while there, but I assumed it was a simple order and would be fine. Every time I visit this location they mess something up. This will be the last time I go here. It’s so disappointing to have a long day and want what you ordered and paid a good amount for it….just to get home and it’s all Wrong.

This place is okay, i went through the drive through after being at an Urgent Care for 4 hrs with a family member who fractured a bone, so, I went by to pick up some dinner and it was probably around 4 pm. After having such a long day, I was a little disturbed by the fact that this KFC was not busy at all, we were the only car in the drive-thru and no card were in the parking lot other than staff cars, and the drive-thru attendant made me feel so rushed when trying to get my order, almost like I was disturbing her from a cigarette break or something, as I saw the same lady outside the building before we drove around. I had a family member on the phone in my car asking what they had wanted and was still being rushed, again, no one else was there , so wasn't holding anyone up. When we got to the window, it was the same thing, grabbed my card real fast and then grabbed all my stuff real fast, I barely had time to ask for Sauces ( I did get to ) but after such an already long day, I did not like being rushed. Food was good, Food was hot. I do believe they need much better service.
