Best steak and cheese in Winchester! Hands down! I always eat two every time I go. Excellent pizza, great service, calm atmosphere, and clean restaurant. Recommend to everyone.

Pizza here is always very delicious. I'm rating a 2 because my last 2 experiences at this location have been not great. 2 weeks ago, a blonde girl that was "new" seemed frustrated bc she didn't know how to use the system. She asked my name 3x and phone number (still didn't seem to comprehend) and still couldn't find, but treated me like it was bc I didn't actually place an order ?Trainer came over and fixed.That same girl was there at the register tonight. No greeting. Another girl came over and I gave my full name for the order, 2x. I saw it on the counter...but she said it wasn't it and "online orders are in the online area." Confused, I sat down and waited. 3 mins later she looked at the SAME box of pizza she looked at before and said my name and I said "so that was mine?" and I laughed and she didn't respond me. No thanks or oops ?Let's just say....the teenagers that work here could maybe benefit from some corporate training on politeness and actually trying to listen to people. The other ppl that have worked here long term are really friendly and amazing.

I ordered a chicken Taco salad and all I got was hamburger and lettuce with 4 pieces of grilled chicken on the top … I called to let them know and the manager on duty quickly said.. you got what you ordered and I clearly explained to him this is not a chicken taco salad and he was very rude so I told him to have a blessed rest of his day. That’s not the way you address customers.Thank you ??

Staff where all extremely polite and friendly. The food is amazing.Im hooked on their Hawaiian pizza. Love there flakey crust.
We have enjoyed dining at Ledos for several years. Our recent visit we ordered lasagna. Unfortunately that was not lasagna. Pasta, cheese and cheese and a small amount of sauce. Typically ground beef is layered into lasagna. No ground beef. Small and very few pieces of sausage sprinkled in the lasagna. Barely bite size. No ricotta cheese. We were disappointed. Months years ago real lasagna was served.

Hands down best gluten free pizza I've ever had. I also have other food allergies and was worried they could be in the crust, so I asked about it and she was incredibly helpful and even brought me out a label! My mom got a gyro, said it was great and was pleased with the amount of filling/toppings. I was super appreciative of the staff, they were awesome, service was fast and the food was great. Would highly recommend and will return.Dietary restrictions: Delicious gluten free, soy free, corn free pizza crust

I'm not sure if there was a lack of ingredients today or if the pizza recipe has changed, but the crust is a lot thicker than usual and there was very little sauce. Some of the pieces we ate were just bread and cheese. A little disappointing since we love their pizza so much and they've always been consistent. I hope it was just a one-off situation and that they didn't change the recipe.

Our pizza was a 3 topping thin crust pizza. Ledo's thin crust tastes very good. I like the way the pizza is cut in squares. It makes the pizza manageable to eat. The atmosphere is pleasant, and our waitress was friendly and competent.Kid-friendliness: Children are welcome. The other day there were families with younger children and a couple of babies. Young couples need to get out with their children and this place is welcoming.Parking: There are spots for handicapped and general population.Wheelchair accessibility: There are handicapped parking as well as whelk chair accessibility.
