Worst customer experience ever time I come here for my kids. I'm told I have an attitude when I ask to not get an overcooked pizza which was something they do often and the manager here is always making excuses instead of apologizing. The employees here are so rude and they m manager has no customer service skills. The teenager threw my pizza down on the counter because I asked to look at it and then threw my garlic butter across the counter and when I complained she said she didn't do that then said she did do it because I had attitude on the phone. Because I asked for a pizza not too dark? A problem I have ever time I order?

Ordered 2 pizzas with 2 crazy bread's and cheese bread. Got home and neither of the pizzas were cut. The cheese pizza had way to much sauce on it for my wife and kids as they were scraping it off and my pepperoni pizza had absolutely no sauce. Called the store and the first lady I talked to just blew it off saying people make mistakes and that they were busy, personally I don't buy her explanation. Only one other person in the store and you have to take the pizza and put it in the box, how do you not know it's not cut. Asked for the manager and she asked me if I would like a partial refund, I said yes but that was not the main reason I was calling. Called to let them know that if they were not cutting the pizzas they would have a lot of pissed of people, the manager then hung up on me. Love little caesars but I will never go there again.

The lady or should I say kid waiting on customers was not polite to anyone. I watched customer after customer come in and they would say thank you. She just stood there and never even ask what they would like to order as she played on her phone. Then she would look up as they start to order hoping she was listening. Love the food, but the customer service is terrible. The lady working cutting the pizza was very polite. Please fire her or teach her how to be polite if possible. I have 11/7/24

I went here on Halloween night. When I left work, I ordered online as soon as I got into my car because I had barely eaten anything all day. I ordered crazy bread and pizza puffs. It took me literally like six minutes to get from my work to Gateway Plaza. I needed to go to MARTIN’S first, which I did. I was in there and grabbed what I needed. When I left Martins, it had been about 35 minutes since I ordered. I still had not received an update that my food is ready. So I took my time getting in my car, Driving across the parking lot to get over there. I Walk inside andThere’s about five other people waiting. I stood inside with all the other people and waited another 15 minutes to literally get crazy bread and pizza puffs. At this point, I was starving and as soon as I got in my car, I went right for the pizza puffs and let me tell you. They were completely disgusting. There was so much seasoning on them. I could not even make it through one of the four puffs. And I don’t think my crazy bread was fully cooked all the way through but that was edible enough that I ate it and I didn’t care because I was starving. There was one kid that was working super fast. There was another girl that you could see doing something in the back and you could also see that she was vaping while she was cooking, which I thought was completely disgusting, and I almost canceled my order because of it. She didn’t try to hide it at all And then the girl who was taking orders from the people that were walking in to order ,would go stand next to the kid who was boxing the pizza,and doing nothing but distracting him but thankfully he continued to work. when she did take orders from customers, they were ordering one or two pizzas and told them it would be 45 minutes to an hour I normally go to Little Caesars over on Rivendell Court because it’s closer to my work, and I usually go on my lunch break and not dinner. I’ll continue to go out of my way a few minutes extra to go there for dinner cause I absolutely refuse to go back to Gateway Plaza. I had eaten at Gateway Plaza, Little Caesars a few times before and never had this experience. However, it’s been a while and something definitely changed to where I see that a lot of people will not go back. That should be a wake up Call for somebody.

called to place and take out order , had to call 15 times in a row before someone actually answered the phone. when they finally answered the phone was told they could not accept promo codes advertised on their website. when I tried to order without the promo code they hung up on me.

Sooooo , I Love Little Ceasars in general, I wasnt here very long, however, I am reviewing it due to an Employee who literally made my entire day at this particular store. A night shift Employee, a very awesome female that seemed to be working alone or 1 of maybe 2 employees working on this night, was working the counter alone close to closing, and I came in , stressed out as per usual, trying to count change to obtain the pizza I had been waiting to buy all day long, and I was short a good bit, so I shortened my order, and this superstar, granted the entire order, and paid herself for the difference! I kno is just pizza, but not really lol. Little actions such as hers, really do have all the power in the universe to change someone's whole life, you never know. Thank you again, to that awesome gal , you really do rock. And to everyone else wanting to go get pizza, maybe my opinion is academic biased, but, lil ceasers , especially at this location, lol is on point.

We went there, and when we walked in, everything we wanted was ready in the hot and ready section. Our whole family enjoyed the food, and the staff made the whole interaction very easy. There was soft music playing in the background, which made it even better.

I hope management reads this. How is it that Little Caesars advertises hot n ready but yet there is none ready n the wait according to the young girl behind the counter was 25 min. Please put cameras up to see what your employees are doing considering it's not having pizza hot n ready. To think we drove out of our way to come here, won't happen twice. This was just now my experience a few minutes ago, I'm sure there are better experiences than ours.
I just read a few reviews n apparently this is a constant issue we will contact corporate to see if they can fix this issue.

I'm not the type of person to write reviews but on this occasion I have to. I called the store to place an order for 2 3meat pizza and 1 classic pepperoni pizza and the lady told me the order was ready in 15 minutes. I arrived at the store to pick up the order, I pay with my card and when the lady who I think is the manager (Latina or Filipino) gives me the receipt I realize that a 3meat pizza is missing. I tell the lady that there is a pizza missing and with an annoyed face she tells me: Do you want it? which I answer yes and with the most annoyed face she proceeds to charge me for the missing pizza, I pay for it and sit down to wait for the order. I sat for exactly 47 minutes waiting for my order and when my order was finally ready she literally threw the pizza boxes on the counter and without saying thank you, have a good night, sorry for the delay...nothing!! If the management reads this...please, that girl is not fit to work there and she needs a new job. An unpleasant experience and a lady with no manners who has no idea what customer service is. 0 Stars!!
