I have routinely visited this location throughout the year and every single time I am told that they cannot make my order because they're closing soon. Note that I was ordering crazy bread at 8:30 and they close at 10:00. They totally weaved on what their lie and excuse was, first was they had already cleaned that area and so could no longer make crazy bread. Then they told me that they didn't have any crazy bread left when we all know that they use the pizza crust dough to make the crazy bread. Point is the people that are working there are lazy and rude and honestly they are wasting their franchise owners money and are getting awful reviews. If you don't have to go here don't. This is deplorable.

5 years ago little Ceasars has 5 dollar hot and ready anytime you needed one. Now this place thinks their special. I've lived here for over 5 years I've never been able to get a pepperoni pizza here hot n ready it's always a wait. And tonight they have the audacity to tell me 20 more mins after 20mins on a hot and ready little Ceasars pizza. Someone needs to write the owner of this franchise a damn letter and he needs to be In there fixing their problems. God damn issue to get food from the place people used to rely on to be quick, cheap, and half way decent to feed themselves

It took a couple minutes for someone to acknowledge I was there. About 5 minutes later she said she'd be right with me. Another 10 minutes go by and someone else says there's a 25-30 minute wait for a pizza. Why was I not immediately told this when you advertise Hot and Ready?Thanks for wasting my time and not honoring your own guarantee.
Worst customer experience ever time I come here for my kids. I'm told I have an attitude when I ask to not get an overcooked pizza which was something they do often and the manager here is always making excuses instead of apologizing. The employees here are so rude and they m manager has no customer service skills. The teenager threw my pizza down on the counter because I asked to look at it and then threw my garlic butter across the counter and when I complained she said she didn't do that then said she did do it because I had attitude on the phone. Because I asked for a pizza not too dark? A problem I have ever time I order?

Ordered 2 pizzas with 2 crazy bread's and cheese bread. Got home and neither of the pizzas were cut. The cheese pizza had way to much sauce on it for my wife and kids as they were scraping it off and my pepperoni pizza had absolutely no sauce. Called the store and the first lady I talked to just blew it off saying people make mistakes and that they were busy, personally I don't buy her explanation. Only one other person in the store and you have to take the pizza and put it in the box, how do you not know it's not cut. Asked for the manager and she asked me if I would like a partial refund, I said yes but that was not the main reason I was calling. Called to let them know that if they were not cutting the pizzas they would have a lot of pissed of people, the manager then hung up on me. Love little caesars but I will never go there again.

The lady or should I say kid waiting on customers was not polite to anyone. I watched customer after customer come in and they would say thank you. She just stood there and never even ask what they would like to order as she played on her phone. Then she would look up as they start to order hoping she was listening. Love the food, but the customer service is terrible. The lady working cutting the pizza was very polite. Please fire her or teach her how to be polite if possible. I have 11/7/24

I went here on Halloween night. When I left work, I ordered online as soon as I got into my car because I had barely eaten anything all day. I ordered crazy bread and pizza puffs. It took me literally like six minutes to get from my work to Gateway Plaza. I needed to go to MARTIN’S first, which I did. I was in there and grabbed what I needed. When I left Martins, it had been about 35 minutes since I ordered. I still had not received an update that my food is ready. So I took my time getting in my car, Driving across the parking lot to get over there. I Walk inside andThere’s about five other people waiting. I stood inside with all the other people and waited another 15 minutes to literally get crazy bread and pizza puffs. At this point, I was starving and as soon as I got in my car, I went right for the pizza puffs and let me tell you. They were completely disgusting. There was so much seasoning on them. I could not even make it through one of the four puffs. And I don’t think my crazy bread was fully cooked all the way through but that was edible enough that I ate it and I didn’t care because I was starving. There was one kid that was working super fast. There was another girl that you could see doing something in the back and you could also see that she was vaping while she was cooking, which I thought was completely disgusting, and I almost canceled my order because of it. She didn’t try to hide it at all And then the girl who was taking orders from the people that were walking in to order ,would go stand next to the kid who was boxing the pizza,and doing nothing but distracting him but thankfully he continued to work. when she did take orders from customers, they were ordering one or two pizzas and told them it would be 45 minutes to an hour I normally go to Little Caesars over on Rivendell Court because it’s closer to my work, and I usually go on my lunch break and not dinner. I’ll continue to go out of my way a few minutes extra to go there for dinner cause I absolutely refuse to go back to Gateway Plaza. I had eaten at Gateway Plaza, Little Caesars a few times before and never had this experience. However, it’s been a while and something definitely changed to where I see that a lot of people will not go back. That should be a wake up Call for somebody.
