There was a rock in our salad & the the manager said it must’ve slipped in there from washing the lettuce. I could’ve chipped a tooth & they ignored it. No reimbursement & we were ignored after that. Our drinks weren’t refilled & the service was less than average.

It was a decent meal, the steak and lobster I got were good, although I had to brush the salt off my lobster because it was too much. The lobster was a little tough too, a little over done. My steak was great 6oz filet cooked perfect medium rare. Best filet I've had in the area, seasoned lightly, very tender and flavorful. The Brussels are good although my guy thought they smelled funky...there's a smoked pepper in the honey and it gives a unique flavor. We got pickle chips as an appetizer and it was great although some pieces had too much salt...not sure how but otherwise they were the best pickle chips I've had (and they're not on the menu) but you can request apparently! Would be nice if they made a spicy sauce...they brought ranch and I hate ranch it wasn't the worst but I rather no dip than ranch, we didn't specify and honestly the rest of the meal had enough stuff didn't really need it. I got mushrooms and they were nasty...they let me switch them out they were definitely old had that old mushroom flavor..but they let me get a cup of soup..the soup was too salty for me unfortunately and I didn't try it before leaving but whoo my guy ate it because I couldn't he likes salty thick gravy...It supposed to be soup though and this was almost like the brown gravy he makes it would have been good less salty it literally tinged my tongue.
My guys food was alright he liked his mashed potatoes and the steak was mediocre at best, I think they need a thicker steak for a ribeye it was barely 1/2 inch but long.. and I tried a bite and was unamused definitely would have been upset if I ordered it it was a tough steak. He wished it had more seasoning..it was surprisingly unseasoned compared to my filet and I'm not a big seasoning person but it was pretty bland. I like just a little crusted on the outside with a nice red center..he likes medium and it was cooked to medium so I'll give them that. They can properly cook a steak to temp and that's pretty hard to find around here. I was overall satisfied although my guy was little disappointed, I definitely wanted to try desert but was too full.
The unsweetened tea is delicious! With some peach, it was perfectly sweet. Definitely wish I could've got a cup to go because I couldn't finish my refill, but would definitely get again. They forgot to bring my guy a refill, and it was kinda difficult to grab someone after our order was put in, but overall they were nice, they refilled my cup before I said anything so that good. It was somewhat busy but not bad and wasn't too loud. There were some odd smells possiblely from shrimp or someone sitting near us 👀...
The seating could be more comfortable too..my chair was a bit stiff and I have a bony butt so I was really poking right to the wood under the old cushion.. the lighting is nice and the place was pretty clean. I have usually gone to the other steakhouse but I definitely feel my filet was better prepared here and it was overall a better experience.

Ribeye steak is my favorite and this ribeye was well prepared and delicious. Mitch or server was very attentive.

Love the wings and who can argue with sirloin neighboring with shrimp? Price is what it us, but Robby H is a top notch server. Great job! Even very busy, service was great.

Wonderful service our waitress Hailey was great! I was disappointed with my meal due to the undercooked chicken that I received. I do not send food back in restaurants I smile thank them for the hard work they do and then complain on the internet!

Typical steakhouse. Nothing to drive the distance vs others similar restaurants. Always hit and miss on how you like your steaks cooked.

I ordered a medium rare filet mignon to go. What I got was RAW, I payed good money for a nice steak on my birthday and received something I cannot consume. Mind you I am pregnant so imagine if I had eaten that and been possibly exposed to listeria?!

Got seated and sat for just shy of 10 minutes with no servers coming to the table. Never even got drink orders. There were 5 or 6 employees in the section and we were seated directly next to a station but not a single one ever spoke to us.

Longhorn Steakhouse food never disappoints! My favorites are the Texas tonion, spinach dip, side salad, parmesan crusted chicken, loaded baked potato, broccoli. I've never had a meal that I didn't like!
