The hot food bar is disgusting at 4:30. Nothing is stirred, rotated, anything. Tried this after work at least 3 times. Always AWFUL!! Honestly how can you screw up fried rice that bad!?!?

The store is clean with nice options. The natural food section was larger than expected. I didn't find 2 things on my list but it is usually at higher end stores. A replacement item was comparable. There is a strange robot thing roaming around. The cashiers were pleasant but were chatting around hours more than talking to customers.

This Martin's location is the best in town. One weekends it tends to be quite busy but our family still prefers this location the most. With very effective lighting and helpful employees, shopping here is very easy for us. Even though it can get quite busy, usually nothing is sold out. We prefer Martins for most of our groceries over Walmart and Aldi. Very good prices on groceries as well as their gas station.

Worst looking meat I've ever seen. Prices are terrible, of course, but even so, still crappy looking cuts of meat. Sad to say but even Walmart is better.

Terrible experiences with the delivery and curbside. Items missing, squashed produce, and no response from Martin's via email or chat. When I did have someone on the phone, she said they'd had issues with the app, Instacart, and because of Peabody, it will take a day to refund the missing items. The fact is, I don't care whose fault it is. I just know I've paid three times for service from Martins and it is sub-par to say the least. This the only place in Winchester to get this selection and quality--I've shopped here a long time. Perhaps the management has changed, or maybe they're stretched too thin since they've offered curbside and delivery options. In any case, I suppose it's worth going for the items you can't get anywhere else, but don't bother with delivery, and if you do curbside, check your items carefully.

The web site kept getting stuck. It took me more time to place the order than if I had gone in. When I checked out it didn't take my promo code, and it said my card wasn't valid, yet it confirmed my order. Overall, it was confusing and time xonsuming. I had to call the store to remedy, and while they were helpful( removed fee and confirmed the order, and that they'd been having problems).. I will never order again from here due to sheer frustration.

I usually love shopping here. I've only had a couple bad experiences with the staff. Just an FYI to the management, I had finished loading my car just now, lights on and in reverse and then your man Trent pushed a bunch of carts behind my car so I couldn't move, and made me wait until he emptied the entire cart return (no sense of urgency) before I could back out of my parking space. The Martin's work force in action. Nice, huh?

This is a poorly managed food store in the corona virus. Their strategy leads to an hour long wait as you check out. I have never seen such inefficiency in this pandemic. I will never go back. I despise other stores who sell groceries, but I'd rather give up something else other than time. Luckily I was buying a lot. Others waited for an hour for 3 items. Please have your decision makers go to other stores that protect our safety but consider our time. You cannot do it this way and expect to keep customers. I'm going to Walmart.

I have happily shopped at this store since it opened. Now I really need it to be available to pick-up groceries as my husband and I are both vulnerable to COVID19. They are not there for elderly, vulnerable people!!! On the occasions I have done pick-up orders I have checked my order at the allocated time to see if the products are all there, especially the ones I absolutely need. Accuracy is NOT the case. I pick them up and they are not there. When I questioned the manager on duty he told me that they show products available by region on the website not the individual store. What? Very disappointed.

The Martin's store in Gateway Plaza always appears clean and is one of nicer grocery stores in the area. It is a little more pricey than doing your grocery shopping at say Walmart, but it is also a better overall experience. Most everyone working at this location has always seemed friendly enough. I have no complaints and would recommend.

Absolutely LOVE this Martin's (Gateway Drive). Others around town (i.e., Pleasant Valley Rd.) pale in comparison. Enjoy the great selection of organic and gluten-free items especially. This grocery store is huge--and you can find everything you need here! 5 Stars!

OMG!! I lived in Winchester for 3 weeks and have been to Martins 3 times. I love this superstore! I love the salad bar and the large selection of items. I would reccomend this store to anyone. The staff are friendly. This is what I like about living in the country. Sure you get some bad apples anywhere you go, but that's life. Kudos to you Martins! Keep doing what you do.

This is a super large supermarket. Massive. Large sections for all the usual goodies including bakery, produce, frozen, dairy, seafood and butchery. Everything. I stopped in to put together a quick hotel room dinner and found the stuff I wanted. The only problem I had was that I ended up with the very last rotisserie chicken. Unwrapping it at home, it was very dry. Large personal care section of over-the-counter medications and pharmacy stuff. Nice section of fresh olives and dips, too!
