I just left the McDonald's on Valley Avenue in Winchester. I ordered 2 meals but when I got home, there was only 1 in the bag. I've called 7 times and now no one is answering the phone. Frustrating!

Apple Blossom Weekend and this store sits at the hub. It is a small store. Staff handled the crowd marvelously. Very organized. Not one person frazzled. Did they forget my large fry? Yes. However, when the issue was brought to their attention, they were quick to resolve. I noticed this with every concern brought to their attention. Again, the sheer volume of orders (drive thru, lobby, and app) was incredible. Mistakes are going to happen. But customer service, good customer service, is hard to come by these days. We'll, not at the McDonald's by Handley High this Apple Blossom weekend.

Be careful going to this location, if they mess up your order, the manager will not want to do anything, the manager just argues and makes excuses on giving you what you paid for and is very rude. However the gent in the drive through was able to take care of it. 10 outta 10 the drive thru gent should be the manager and the manager should be in drive thru till they learn people skills and not to be lazy. 3/25/25

Went through curbside. Mu usual sandwich is the Daily Double, it's not supposed to have pickles, but for n odd reason had pickles. Other than that no complaints or quarrels.

I ordered ten hot and spicys thru the drive thru so the time it took for them to bring the food out was about 3 to 5 minutes. They lost a star due to no napkins that is all.
