I just went inside of this cdonalds to get my daughter a burger. I specifically asked for no cheese. Well they put cheese on it. When I went inside to get it fixed the manager with the black glasses was quite rude and challenged the cheese issue. When I pointed it out she got loud and rude all because a school let out and they got swamped. When I was there it was before all that. If I could put zero stars I would. That manger was very rude. Customer is ALWAYS right!

I have NEVER been to a McDonald's this horrible. I ordered curbside and the person brought it to us and did NOT speak and just stood there with the food and made us grab it all. I had to go in to get half of my order. And thanks for giving me a soda that has sugar in it when I requested ZERO sugar because some people can not have sugar but MAYBE hire people who will speak to customers and let them know that you are out of zero sugar sodas. Pathetic.

Anytime I come here the food is always good and fresh! The manager lady with the glasses is so sweet and accommodating she never speaks mean towards anyone shes nice and professional and she is one of the reasons I like this location!! But I had placed a online order for my husband and the manager( older man) in the evening,who is bald argued with my husband that it wasn't paid for even after my husband showed him the order number and showed it was CLEARLY paid for! Even bank statements showing I was charged come to find out the manager had canceled the order after yelling at my husband for several minutes and it shows in my email the manager canceled the order how ridiculous!! I would post pictures but it shows my personal info.

I just left the McDonald's on Valley Avenue in Winchester. I ordered 2 meals but when I got home, there was only 1 in the bag. I've called 7 times and now no one is answering the phone. Frustrating!
Apple Blossom Weekend and this store sits at the hub. It is a small store. Staff handled the crowd marvelously. Very organized. Not one person frazzled. Did they forget my large fry? Yes. However, when the issue was brought to their attention, they were quick to resolve. I noticed this with every concern brought to their attention. Again, the sheer volume of orders (drive thru, lobby, and app) was incredible. Mistakes are going to happen. But customer service, good customer service, is hard to come by these days. We'll, not at the McDonald's by Handley High this Apple Blossom weekend.

Be careful going to this location, if they mess up your order, the manager will not want to do anything, the manager just argues and makes excuses on giving you what you paid for and is very rude. However the gent in the drive through was able to take care of it. 10 outta 10 the drive thru gent should be the manager and the manager should be in drive thru till they learn people skills and not to be lazy. 3/25/25
