The service here is always great. This review does not reflect any of the workers in the store. This review is how my problem with an order was handled.
We ordered breakfast from here recently. The McGriddle tasted like it accidentally had some cleaning spray on it or something. It had a very chemically taste. I wasn’t too upset cuz it can happen but it was inedible. I didn’t feel safe eating it. No big deal. I figured I’d just reach out and let them know what happened and I’d get a refund.
That’s not what happened, though. Whoever responded to my complaint completely brushed me off. No refund, no coupon, nothing. So it’s not even that we got chemical flavored food. It’s that my issue was very mishandled.

Unfortunately this McDonald is inconsistent in quality and service.
Tonight, I placed a mobile order which took longer than expected due to what seemed to be an understaffed crew. When I finally did get my order, i got home only to find out they forgot my large fry, and my “double” cheeseburger came with only one patty and included no cheese. I tried to call to request a refund but the line is busy and doesn’t ring.
It’s obvious that they sometimes keep tea dispensers in the fridge overnight rather than sanitizing the containers. More than once I’ve gotten a strong helping of mildew with my tea.
Sometimes things at this location are ok but the service and cleanliness are inconsistent. Maybe they need to offer better compensation to their workers so they don’t have no-call no shows and high turnover.

We wanted to try those grinch happy meals and wanted to eat inside. Ordered from the self Order kiosk and grabbed a number for the table thinking they would bring it to us but they didn't. Luckily they yelled loud enough for someone in our party to hear it. Place was a little dirty and women's bathroom was super gross.

They put cheese on our burger even though it clearly said no cheese on the receipt and everything and then got an attitude when we asked for it to be fixed.
I just went inside of this cdonalds to get my daughter a burger. I specifically asked for no cheese. Well they put cheese on it. When I went inside to get it fixed the manager with the black glasses was quite rude and challenged the cheese issue. When I pointed it out she got loud and rude all because a school let out and they got swamped. When I was there it was before all that. If I could put zero stars I would. That manger was very rude. Customer is ALWAYS right!

I have NEVER been to a McDonald's this horrible. I ordered curbside and the person brought it to us and did NOT speak and just stood there with the food and made us grab it all. I had to go in to get half of my order. And thanks for giving me a soda that has sugar in it when I requested ZERO sugar because some people can not have sugar but MAYBE hire people who will speak to customers and let them know that you are out of zero sugar sodas. Pathetic.
