2nd time going to this location and getting home to realize none of the food was correct and some wasnt even ours. No option to refund their suggestion was to dispute with bank.
Ordered a happy meal no toy, apples and had a burger instead of nuggets. $5 meal deal had burger made wrong no nuggets or fries. Double quarter pounder was a single caked in condiments when asked to be plain. Sons mcchicken was supposed to be plain was caked in mayo. Spicy chicken wrap was ranch. Only thing right were the drinks. 5 out of 6 items incorrect and the solution is to come back.

I always get takeout from this McDonald’s. I bought chicken nuggets for my grandchildren today and I didn’t realize there was a dollar for six more nuggets but we were very happy that we got 12 nuggets instead of six.

They were having a really bad day. I saw 2 people get refunds and at least 1walk out. People that came in after us got served before we did. 1 alert male employee asked our situation. He took our receipt and went and got our order. I imagine they were short of help but needless to say we weren't happy. I rather felt sorry sorry for them and the people that couldn't get served or were served incorrectly.

Very poor staff today very few customers and they can't keep up with a full staff....repeated order at the speaker 4 times before I decided to just park and go in which someone seemed to not know which register was open even tho it said pos closed on the one

The service was great. The young lady at the register was pleasant and patient. The bathroom was clean. It was a quick stop while traveling to GA. food, and bathroom. Can't beat it.

honestly the new people at the window are horrible and the person who was on drive-through horrible they can’t hear at all they said they put it down and showed they did but we didn’t end up getting our food but one burger that we did ask for and nothing else and they always forget something

went to this McDonald’s around 5:45 AM. The posted hours say the dining room opens at 5:00 AM, but it was still closed. I had to wait until 6:00 AM, which is when the employee said it actually opens. I mentioned the hours say 5:00, but nothing was done about it. On top of that, they got my order wrong. The food was just okay, and the customer service wasn’t great either.

The app decided this McDonald's should get my order, even though there were multiple closer to me. I had to call them to try to get a refund for food I never received, and apparently no one answers the phone and there is no answering machine.
Tried calling 6 times in a row and no one answers the phone!! Tried to give a heads up that we have 2 - 56 passenger motor coaches on the way to eat there but they dont bother answering the phones. I hope they are ready to get slammed by over 100 hungry high school students!!!
