This mcdonalds sucks do not go here. They mess food up, leave food out of your order. And the bathroom smells like poop.

Received a couple of ice cream cones and the servings were very small compared to other McDonald’s in the areas. They need trained is serving portions.

It's the closest McD's and my kids love Happy Meals so I've been here maybe 10 times. I swear to my pug I have NEVER been here and not had to pull up and wait 10-15 minutes... I'm not ordering crazy things, just a single cheeseburger happy meal. My god this is the worst place to get fast food in Winchester and that's saying something...

If you're not a door dash driver they don't care about you. If you have the audacity to go inside to order, they are very visibly annoyed. They don't even pretend to care about how rude they are

I would give this place a zero out of 10. I deliver for uber eats and I had a order from here I get there in the place wasn't busy at all had 3 people in there. I stood at the counter for 20 min nobody helped me or the other 2 in line. I watched them make my customers order then they just let it sit there behind the counter in walked off to do other stuff. They have a box there supposed to put it in but they didn't, it took me 15 more minutes to get my customers order when it was ready the whole time I was there. Then nobody there speaker English so when I said something about it taking so long they just laughed at me. Never going here again

My Dad and I stopped here for lunch. Our food was good, but there was no toilet paper in the woman’s restroom, I told the clerk about it and she acted like she could have cared less.

Terrible service all my wife ordered was a happy meal i had walked over ti subway and got 3 subs before they had one happy meal out and to top it off my son has to eat a cold happy meal that i had to pay for and nothing ever gets done McDonald's does not care at all about their customers but im definitely not gonna be one anymore

Got literally every item of order wrong. Tried to call to resolve and no one answers the phone. Young kids at the window were laughing so seems like it was intentional. Not a bug McDonalds fan but def won’t be returning after this experience.

I gave this a good review a while ago. Recently they remodeled the resturant to favor drive thru and delivery. Fountain drinks are now behind the counter. You have to find someone to get a refill. Counter workers are next to non existent. They reconfigured and reduced sitting. Next step is total robotics.

Vegetarian options: It's McDonald's. Duh

Talk about lunch and a show. Right at the high of lunch the manager decides to take a break while there is a huge line and no orders are coming out.

Waited around 15 minutes for my mobile order to come out. Which I had to get up and ask about and they couldn’t find the order even though it was on the screen.

People are getting vocal and employees are yelling at each other in front of customers. Still the manager is just sitting there watching it happen. Thankfully one worker with brown hair busted her tail to get everything fixed for people. She was an angel but this manager needs additional training or needs to find a job not in management.

The manager finally got up was after a customer yelled for the manager and chewed her out after an employee got hostile with him about the missing items in his order. But she did nothing other than waddle to the back after the lunch craze died down.

I recommend staying away until for this location until corporate jumps in and fixes this because obviously no one there cares and the franchisee is letting it happen.

The only thing I recommend is watching the train wreck happen because that’s all this McDonald’s has going for it.
