God awful service. My wife brought my daughter to the drive thru tonight ( 12/5/25) at about 5:45 pm and instead of providing any level of customer service, the guys working were clowning around with each other and left my wife and daughter sitting in the car at the window with the food ready and visible for over 5 minutes allowing the food to get cold. No apology, outside of a “my bad” and no offer to remake the food fresh. The owner/operator should be ashamed of the standards they have set for their employees. You encourage what you tolerate and I refuse to believe this is a first time issue.

I went out with my boyfriend and ended up ordering a frappe and they told me that I needed to order it differently bc I wanted a caramel drizzle on top of the drink instead of the cookie syrup and then was rudely told that they wouldn’t do it and to remember that for next time

I come here nearly every morning of the week and the tables are usually dirty. Kind of gross. Even when wiped down it's apparent the rag/water is dirty.

I had to wait 15 minutes and when I got my food the fries were cold and my burger ( ordered plain) had everything on it even when the recipe says plain

This location does not sell happy meal toys separately from the happy meal. This has always been an option until now. Seemingly only at this location. I just bought happy meal toys (4 days ago) from the location on route 50. Pretty disappointing.

It's the closest McD's and my kids love Happy Meals so I've been here maybe 10 times. I swear to my pug I have NEVER been here and not had to pull up and wait 10-15 minutes... I'm not ordering crazy things, just a single cheeseburger happy meal. My god this is the worst place to get fast food in Winchester and that's saying something...
