This McDonald's likes to " fake close " an hour early for some reason. Says it's open til 11pm like the other locations in town but if you go at 10pm they just won't answer the speaker in the drive through. Have experienced this multiple times. Kinda embarrassing being the worst McDonald's in town. Maybe it's time to close the doors on that one and put a taco bell there Instead. I get nobody wants to work there and the location is terrible but maybe just close the doors and allow something else to go there that actually wants to be a business

Made a quick rest stop here. The bathroom is very dirty and the water in the one bathroom sink didn't work (wish I knew that before lathering up). After that I decided to pass on grabbing a bite to eat, as employees probably aren't washing their hands great with an inoperable sink :(

This locayion takes the crown for worst mcdobalds in the winchester area. Constantly slow, constantly mess up ordets. Forget mobile ordering here, they will leave you to die of old age before they deal with your order. Dine in isnt any better. They will only prioitize drive thru orders and you will wait an eternity for your order otherwise.Go to any other locstion in winchester

The young man paid absolutely no attention to the order. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and fries. He gave me the bag then 2 minutes later gave me another bag! Plus he gave me the wrong change! Poor service.

This McDonald's usually does a great job especially with the drive thru. Missed seeing my old Buddy Roc tho. I was told he moved on to another job. He was a nice guy.
Over all i give it a 5 only a little lower on food quality. Hey its fastfood. If you're like me you can wait n ask to have it fresh made especially the french fries. McDonald's does have the best fries if freshly made. And you can get homemade ice tea sweet r unsweetened. Yummy.. the employees are ALWAYS NICE !Parking: Parking is plenty n free also plenty handicap parking on the side.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of handicap parking on side of store
