Just a NEGATIVE experience! Mobile order.... their system was down and couldn't cancel order. They wouldn't give us our food and all they wanted to do was argue. Wowwww! Such great costumer service!

On 09/07/2025 around 7:30 PM, I called to place an order for eight people. The staff member on the phone clearly didn’t want to take it and hung up on me. When we showed up in person, both the staff and manager treated us with rudeness and hostility — more like prison guards than restaurant workers. Absolutely the worst experience. Do NOT bring your family here.

Covid is over!!! Way too expensive.... I try to avoid this place as much as possible. $8 for 4 chicken nuggets and medium Fries. Better off going to a restaurant or to Sheetz.

Had to be parked and wait on my food because my order was made wrong. That isn't anything new. I have gotten home just to realize items was missing for my order. Or the cheese wasn't melted on the sandwich so you already know that means the sandwich wasn't hot. Or they put so much salt on the fries and sandwich I just throw it in the trash. They do have halfway good Carmel Frappe!

Told to pull up for my Chicken sandwich order, waited 15 MINUTES, asked what was the wait for? Employee said angrily “had to cook the chicken”. Took a bite of the sandwich, it was old and cold not fresh at all. He lied. Went inside to get a refund manager was pissed at me for complaining about my long wait and cold food.

Morning staff is on point.

Their hours of operation is never what it says online or through the app.

It’s a shame that many DoorDash/Ubereats/GrubHub employees are screwed over, wasting gas/etc…. Because of the franchise owners and GMs have a lack of communication.

The employees “complete” your order. Before you even get your drinks. Because they are on a time limit. And then they forget what you ordered.
