Place is lousy. Black kid manager argued with me about pulling forward and waiting then screwed up the order just to be an @SS! I'd fire his worthless @ss if he worked for me.

I ordered a beacon egg cheese begal, they hurried and pulled me up, along with 4 others, after 15 mins, I finally got my sandwich, and girl says I gave you two hash browns, because you had to wait, no, if I wanted them I would have ordered them, needless to say, it was a horrible experience!

I haven't even ate my food yet. I placed my order at the drive up and when I was given the total I noticed it was high. I asked why so high and the persons response was "I don't know" kind of snarky. I seen that they had a 40 piece nugget on the screen and I asked if that's what they put on there or a 20 piece. I was then asked in a snarky tone if I wanted a 40 piece or a 20 piece. I responded, a 20 piece. The reply I got back was well you said 40 three times. I went up to the window and as I pulled up a woman slid in between the window and the young boy at the window. She promptly took care of the situation, but when I pulled to the next window she (Shannon) I hope I got that right. She kinda lugged the food through the window and I asked her if she was the manager. She replied "yes" but in a tone. And asked if she could do anything else. At that point I really didn't want anything else to do with that place. Safe to say it was not a pleasant interaction and I think there needs to be some retraining done for all staff. Not to mention when we go there regularly, we have to park after ordering our food, I guess because it's not ready or they are under staffed. Tonight just took the cake and put me over the edge on how poorly this place is run. Sucks because in order to go to another store we'd have to go into the town of winchester.

This McDonald's is closest to our house but over the last couple years the service quality has seriously decreased. They have not got a single order right, group or single. And the staff is so incredibly rude. Little blonde girl freaking out yelling at people in line, people in drive through, and door dash. All orders are now at kiosk only and there's only one working. They are all yelling at each other too!!! I think we are done with this restaurant, will just go to the one in town from now on. Really wanted to support local spots at smaller shopping centers but... Too much drama for a breakfast sandwich.
Avoid this place like the plague!!! Inside always dirty never clean staff is horrible your ignored and the wait time is unreal!!!! Please go somewhere else and save yourself the headache and e-coli!!!!
