While the drive-through ladies have always been friendly, and the food is alway's as good as McDonald's food can be... I just can't give it a positive recommendation since they removed the soda fountains. Also, yes, as stated in many reviews inside service is very lack luster and not the greatest. If they ever bring back the soda machines, I will surely change this to a higher star rating.

Why are you egg mcmuffins 4.99 and 10 mins away in inwood is only 3.69. The drive thru service was very slow. We will purposely avoid you location from now on

I placed an order for curbside pickup on my McDonald’s mobile app. I received a message stating that my order is ready and on the way. I waited about 10 minutes until I finally decided to call and check on my order. I believe the manager answered and I explained to him my situation. He responded very rudely with total disrespect and said I had no choice but to wait because there are other cars ahead of me in the drive thru. I had to go inside and asked to speak with the manager. He had no decency to speak with me. One of the employees spoke with me and handled the situation very professionally. Customer service is very important!!!!

They redesigned the restaurant to be as inconvenient as possible for customers. They only care about door dash orders. Typically you wait about 5 minutes before a person even comes to the register, and when they do finally take your order, they act like ordering food is just an annoyance to their day. Even by the incredibly low standards that McDonald's has set for customer service, this place is still ranks rock bottom

The food was fresh which is a huge plus when stopping at McDonald's for me. But there was no workers up front and the few that could see me at the counter kept going with what they was doing as I wasn't there. I could see there was only a couple orders on the drive through as I was one of 3 customers in the lobby nog counting my daughter, and the other 2 was an older couple and already eating there meals. I waited over 5 minutes just to place our order if my daughter wasn't crying and ready to eat we would of left without ordering anything.
