Mission BBQ catered our wedding in Luray, VA. The catering tasting was huge. The team provided so much food and so many options that we were able to take home leftovers for an another whole meal. As for the day of, they showed up on time, had everything ready when we needed it and the food was tasty. They served us our meal as bride and groom so we did not have to get up and get in line. Everyone was very sweet and helped as much as they could. They cleaned up and left without ever knowing they were there. Would definitely recommend them for your catering needs.

Mission BBQ was absolutely phenomenal at our wedding! Tracy and her team went above and beyond to make everything perfect, they were organized, professional, and so well-prepared from start to finish. The food was superb: delicious, fresh, and exactly what we hoped for. Every guest raved about how flavorful everything was, and the team served everyone with such warmth and genuine smiles. It made the whole meal feel personal and full of heart.
What really stood out, though, were the thoughtful touches. Tracy’s team didn’t just serve and clean up flawlessly, they even packed a special bag of leftovers just for my husband and me so we could enjoy the food later, which was such a sweet surprise. On top of that, they left us a handwritten card that was so kind and thoughtful. It’s rare to find a catering team that puts this much care into every detail, and Mission BBQ truly exceeded every expectation. We couldn’t recommend them more!

First off, we were welcomed by a warm smile and “come on in folks!” by the young man at the counter ready to take our order. We placed our lunch order and sat down at a table. When we got our food and sat down an employee came over to wish us a good meal and asked if we had been to this location before. We explained to her not this very location but we have been to mission bbq in another state and we told her we just moved to the area. She warmly welcomed us to the area and told us her name is Tilly and if we need anything to let her know. About 10 minutes later she came out with complimentary sweet treats with a note on the paper “Welcome to Winchester”. Shortly after the 12:00 noon national anthem (which they do every day) a what seemed to be a manager came to welcome us to Winchester as well. The customer service here is so warm, welcoming and simply unexpected. Thank you so much Mission BBQ in Winchester, Tilly and management for welcoming us to our new home! Ps the food was amazing. Can’t wait to come back!

I just bought a chopped brisket sandwich. I really wanted to tasted that smokey beef flavor instead they had drowned it in a sauce I found very unpleasant. It was spicy and sour. I could not taste the meat nor sauce it with a flavor ( sweet and Smokey) that I preferred and at a level I want.
I was trying to treat myself to a lunch I would really enjoy but instead I just regret my purchase.
My son had recently stopped at Mission BarBarque and he too said he won’t be back. He was disappointed in his meal too.
