No soft serve and the banana split came without a banana. Very disappointing.

WORM!!! the ice cream itself was good but i found a WORM in the ice cream that exploded in my mouth. it was the most disappointing and disgusting thing i won’t be back.

MOO THRU is ice cream made and served with pure and fresh ingredients. In a world where so many ice cream products are filled with artificial ingredients, MOO THRU is the exception. Butter Pecan contains real and tender chunks of pecan. Blackberry ice cream is flavored with real blackberries. And, mint chocolate chip, my favorite, is the best and most refreshing I've ever had. Gosh, it's the real thing!

This location unlike all of the other locations doesn't do soft serve and doesn't say that on their description. Might as well just close it. Drove way out of the way to go there and then walked away once I found that out. Don't bother.

Dark chocolate a disaster and I like dark chocolate. Worst flavor anywhere. The insult is they charge extra for dark. 3.50 or more per quart. Will stick with blackberry

Not impressed. have had ice-cream here maybe 4 times, ice cream is generally ok but service is lacking. Last visit the girl at the window straight up looked me up and down like she was sizing me up which was awkward, not sure if she was guessing how much I was going to order or trying to guess who would win in a wrestling match. Finally got the ice cream and when we asked for napkins they were out. Sorry but napkins/papertowels are a necessity at an ice cream shop. They are literally located IN THE SAME PARKING lot as Lowes which does in fact sell large packages of papertowels and napkins. ridiculous that they are not well stocked with paper products. Also we asked for a child size cone for a 2 year old and they gave it to me in a regular waffle cone and of course up charged me for the cone which I realized once I had it in my hand. Our last visit was definitely our *last* visit.
