I came to this restaurant for the first time today with my uncle. Every song they played was from Studio Ghibli or Final Fantasy, two franchises I really enjoy. The service was also great and the food was delicious. I would love to eat here again!

We come here all the time and it’s honestly one of our favorite spots. The host is always super welcoming and pretty much knows us at this point, which makes it feel even better every time we walk in. The food is always good (at least what I order) and it’s been consistently solid every visit. Just an all-around great place with a good vibe.

I absolutely love Mr. Noodle & Rice! I always order the Mr. Noodle sushi roll and the shrimp yaki soba, and they are consistently delicious every time. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!!

We were on the way to jersey city from a 5-day road trip where we stopped by here had lunch at this place on Dec 4th, we wanted to initially goto chik fil A but when realized it was closed on sundays and searched and found this restaurant. The owner was smiling and kind, we got a spring rolls plate, chicken pan fried noodles and chicken fried rice. The spring rolls were okayish, however the fried rice was amazing. Also the noodles had a hint of sweetness to it. The sauerkraut on the side was really good as well. Overall, a good experience.

We visited this restaurant recently. I'm from the Baton Rouge/St George area of Louisiana, and we have a large Asian population with many authentic Asian restaurants. Mr. Noodle and Rice was outstanding. We had bento boxes and a bibinbap; the sushi and dumplings were delicious. The noodles were outstanding. The beef and salmon were excellent. My husband loved the bibinbap. I recommend them and hope to return the next time we're in Winchester.

Canceled my order because they were having an issue with their gas, then called me back and asked me to pay again after they voided the transaction. Paid for the food again picked it up got home and had the completely wrong order. Had to go back to get it fixed. Got the replacement, checked to make sure it had no beansprouts like my original order had stated and it was incorrect and they needed to remake it again.

The Pho is good. Flavor of the broth is on the lighter side. I prefer a bit stronger of a flavor in the broth. The prices are reasonable. There is good variety in the menu.
