We got to this Olive Garden location and about 2:40pm...When we walked in the door we were greeted by a hostess who literally pointed to a table around the bar area, and said, take that booth to the left...Not walking us to the table, just pointed and she eventually gave us menus. That was unfortunately the best part od our experience! We looked at the menu, ordered an appetizer on the table computer, an waited. We looked at the clock, the lunch menu was ending at 3pm.... it was now 2:57 pm... we waived to the hostess to get her attention, and the rudest server/bartender, who hadn't even greeted us yet, yells across the bar, she will be there in a minute, and there's a 5 minute grace period for the lunch menu, in a very sarcastic voice and rolled her eyes. So she obviously over heard us wanting to order, but didnt even acknowledge our existance..THAT was our greeting from our server! I can't believe any restaurant, especially a corporate restaurant puts up with this behavior! I will NEVER step foot in ANY olive garden again. I dont recommend ANYONE, especially that location, to go there.

Upon arrival we asked for a table away from children. We had both had long days and wanted to talk and enjoy a nice meal. Sadly, we were put in a back room with 3 families with 2 -5 children under the age of 7 ish. Of who screamed and ran around the tables for 90% of the time we were there. This is not what I gave the low ratings for. It was the manager ‘Anna’ who was the most misbehaved, rude and unprofessional person at this Olive Garden in Winchester Va. I brought to her attention of our request to be seated away from children and how our seating was the exact opposite of this. As we were walked to our table and as we exited the back room after completing less than 1/2 of our meal due to the screaming, loud and rambunctious out of seats activities of the children- there were 4 other areas without families with small children, all were mainly seniors. Anna bluntly told me that “this is a famiy restaurant and there is nothing she could do about my c/o. I informed her that upon our initial request when we were being seated, they could have easily accommodated us with out a problem since there very few patrons and many open and unfilled dining areas.
She said “that is not how we seat people. Have a great night” and proceeded to work on her to go orders. I told her that is unfortunate b/c we would not be back to eat there again. She then propped her hand on her hip and says “well bye bye then”.
Then, the hostess and 3 other employees that heard their manager followed in suit with a sarcastic “bye bye”
Don’t know what has happened to customer service or just plain being a nice person even if you are not a manager.
But to be bullied by a bunch of employees at an Olive Garden is a real reflection of how sad the younger generations have become as a whole. I know there a Lee some good ones out there, but none were working with at the front entrance area this eve. Mainly Anna. She should not be in public service.

The food is outrageous and you get hardly nothing. My bowl of Alfredo was so skimp, I could see the bottom of the bowl before even eating. Never again.

Ive been going to Olive Garden for many years and have never had a better experience than as this olive garden. Our waiter Cam was outstanding. Honestly this review is primarily because of him and not the restaurant. He's that good! But overall great olive garden. Very large and it just looks nice inside. Food was great. Really enjoying that new calabrian pasta dish. Hope they can keep that full time on the menu. Don't worry, the picture on my review is not how it comes. I just got to excited when I got it, started eating it and forgot to take a picture. I ate about half of the dish at that point. Ask for Cam if you can, TRUST Me.

Food tastes like its been microwaved. The only thing that doesn't taste like that is the salad. This place is the McDonald's of Italian food. Save your money and find an authentic Italian meal at someplace like Brothers in Harrisonburg or Castiglias in Strasburg. Real Italians preparing sauces from scratch. They give you a hearty portion and a better more authentic taste. I am not impressed with olive Garden.

Valerie was a superb waitress! Very attentive and considerate — the service is always good here, but she went above and beyond. Never disappointed with this location as the food is consistently delicious as well!

We recently placed a catering order for delivery and Jaymie from Olive Garden did a fabulous job on her own, setup all food and chafing dishes and lit the sternos all with a friendly smile and efficiently. Food was amazing as usual with Olive Garden - so happy with Jaymie and she is a fantastic representative for your restaurant. I will remember this for a long time. Well done, Jaymie and Olive Garden!

I found a worm🐛on my plate😒👊🏿it was my first and last visit and they also charged me
Always reliable and as close to "Good Italian" as you can get for the price!
Yes, Foodie Snubs may balk at my comment but the truth is that I'd rather take the OG "Italian options" than many of the overrated, and supposedly "real Italian" joints that end up being nothing but overpriced less than!

My friend and I ate here this evening hoping for a good meal and good service. The waiter seemed to be high. He grated the cheese on the breadsticks. Charged be for a full salad when i just wanted to add a salad with my appetizer. I asked for marinara sauce and was given meat sauce. I asked for Togo cup and was brought out a new drink in regular glass. When i spoke to the manager about the full charge of the salad she admitted that the salad was upcharged and changed the price. I have never been charged for a full salad when i want an app for my meal. I only eat one plate of salad. The same amount was at the table if I was eating or not. I paid with cash on the table and she yelled at me while I was walking out that I did not pay. I nicely told her yes I did with cash on the table! She stood there with a plate of food and watched me leave. Will not return here and will be contacting corporate.
Well I decided to give you another chance was told 20 to 30 mins n here it's been a hour n I'm still sitting with parties bigger than mine being THIS IS WRONG. 😡
