This restaurant was decorated so uniquely and the decor was so fun to look at. I sat in a U shaped booth that was very roomy and comfortable. The waitress and other staff were so attentive and friendly. They checked in on us to make sure we were good on our drinks and our food was good. I ordered the Pork Bowl and it was amazing! The price was fair for the portions I received. I enjoyed my time and I look forward to coming back again.

I wanted to say hands down the best place from the food to the staff. We came in with our two little girls and the we’re definitely on a mission to make my wife and go insane. Our waitress Caroline and the kitchen staff were so nice and accommodating. Food was amazing and definitely yummy. Caroline thanks for your patience with us today. You made my girls super happy and they left with a full tummy. Keep up the great job and to all the amazing staff thanks a bunch again . We will be back soon.

Stopped in for a late night with a friend. Bartender Amy was great and the drinks were delicious. Lily and Aavi were great to talk to they kept us entertained. Brandon from the upstairs bar was very interactive when she came down. Overall great place, great drinks, great people.

Bryan and Chef Trey were absolutely phenomenal! I sat at the bar on a busy Friday night, and Bryan went above and beyond with his friendly personality, attentiveness, and top-notch service. Meanwhile, Chef Trey truly exceeded my expectations by crafting the exact meal I was craving - perfectly executed and delicious. The combination of warm hospitality and incredible food made the night memorable. I can’t recommend Paladin enough - especially grabbing a seat at the bar with Bryan. You’ll be in excellent hands!

Manager is extremely rude and disrespectful chasing people down the street and intimidating them.

Recently visited for the first time since relocating to the area in April. My husband and I happily sat at the upstairs bar. Brandon, the bartender, was very attentive, friendly, and poured a great drink. The food was tasty as well. I think we finally found our go-to happy hour/drinks spot in Winchester.

I have never been before, but went with family for late lunch. The food was very tasty and we had a good server. It was reasonably priced. I look forward to going again and try some of the other dishes.

Went there for brunch server was very nice but food was terrible. Drinks were too strong to finish. Pasta was severely overcooked and bacon on burger was almost raw! Spent $90 on lunch for terrible food will not be back!

My daughter and I went here this evening for dinner. With our schedules we don’t get to go out often so it was a treat to be able to have dinner out with her. We had planned on going to The Oyster Bar in Middleburg but wasn’t going to make it there by our reservation time so we chose to go someplace we had not been before…Paladin downtown Winchester. I’m a quality over quantity kind of person but this place was neither one. I ordered the $26 crab cake dinner. The meatball sized crab cakes were served on top of a lot of tartar sauce YUCK! If your crab cakes are good you don’t need tartar sauce which should come as a side. The hot crab cakes melted into the tartar sauce so even though I immediately wiped them off that’s all I could taste. The broccoli and cheese didn’t look appealing at all but I took a bite and it tasted as bad as it looked. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was the stuff you boil in a bag. The roasted potatoes were ok.
My daughter ordered the vegetable ravioli. She let me try it thinking maybe we could switch meals but the undercooked ravioli was covered in the worst sauce I’ve ever tasted. It looked and tasted like thick tomato paste dumped out of a can. No vegetables to be found inside or outside of the pasta. The bread was good though. The bill was $100 (5 hours of work for me). She did get a couple of drinks which were fine, waitress provided excellent service and was tipped well, nice atmosphere but food was very disappointing. I’m curious if this place has a chef or a couple of high school kids doing the cooking. The later would be my guess. I came home and ate left over pizza from last night. Won’t be wasting time or hard earned money at this place again.

First time at the downtown location and it blew me out of the water! Loved the eclectic mid century vibe and 90s hip hop. Our cocktails were primo and the meal was SO GOOD. Shout out to our server Amy. She was friendly and helpful to check allergy content for me. Seriously, take the 10 steps off the pedestrian mall and give Paladin Downtown a try.
