We happened upon Paladin in downtown Winchester this afternoon and stopped for a late lunch. My mom is hard to impress and she loved everything about this downtown spot. The eclectic decor. The service was superior. The food delicious. On a blustery, cold afternoon, we chose the weekend special of a generous cup of roasted peppers and corn bisque. It was the perfect blend of heat and heat, just fantastic! (Spicy too). The fish tacos were good. Their sweet pico, especially tasty. But we are still talking about the bisque. We will be back!

There is a parking garage one block away, easy walk. A parking lot adjacent to the restaurant has a crossbar blocking use. The entryway doesn't block the wind, which goes straight back to the bar or up the stairs. On a cold night like tonight, it was extremely uncomfortably cold inside. I would guess below 60, we had to wear our coats and were still freezing.
The drinks were cute and pretty good, the bar is really a standout, as is the staff. The food was reasonably priced and decent but not great. We would go again for appetizers and drinks. Younger crowd, hip decor. Probably a great summer spot with the rooftop bar.

Paladin Downtown is easily one of the best spots in Winchester. The vibe is always great, the atmosphere feels welcoming, and every visit leaves you wanting to come back.
A huge shoutout to Amy, who is vibrant, fun, and brings an amazing energy to the bar. She’s the kind of bartender who makes the whole place feel alive and knows how to make every guest feel right at home.
And Aavianna is an absolute standout as well. As a waitress, she has an awesome attitude and a fun, upbeat energy that makes the experience even better. She’s attentive, quick, and brings a positivity that really elevates the whole night.
Between the excellent service, great drinks, and lively atmosphere, Paladin Downtown is a must-visit. Highly recommend!

One of our favorite spots. Amy is a fantastic bartender and welcomes everyone with a smile. You never have to wait for anything. Aavianna waited on us and was amazing. Again very attentive and a great experience. After dinner we headed upstairs and Brandon was super. How one place has such an amazing staff is incredible. If you’re downtown Winchester it’s a must stop!

This restaurant was decorated so uniquely and the decor was so fun to look at. I sat in a U shaped booth that was very roomy and comfortable. The waitress and other staff were so attentive and friendly. They checked in on us to make sure we were good on our drinks and our food was good. I ordered the Pork Bowl and it was amazing! The price was fair for the portions I received. I enjoyed my time and I look forward to coming back again.
Great place to grab some food and a drink. Service was great. Smash burger bloody marry was awesome. I added a fried green tomato and pamento cheese and it was phenomenal.

I wanted to say hands down the best place from the food to the staff. We came in with our two little girls and the we’re definitely on a mission to make my wife and go insane. Our waitress Caroline and the kitchen staff were so nice and accommodating. Food was amazing and definitely yummy. Caroline thanks for your patience with us today. You made my girls super happy and they left with a full tummy. Keep up the great job and to all the amazing staff thanks a bunch again . We will be back soon.

Stopped in for a late night with a friend. Bartender Amy was great and the drinks were delicious. Lily and Aavi were great to talk to they kept us entertained. Brandon from the upstairs bar was very interactive when she came down. Overall great place, great drinks, great people.

Bryan and Chef Trey were absolutely phenomenal! I sat at the bar on a busy Friday night, and Bryan went above and beyond with his friendly personality, attentiveness, and top-notch service. Meanwhile, Chef Trey truly exceeded my expectations by crafting the exact meal I was craving - perfectly executed and delicious. The combination of warm hospitality and incredible food made the night memorable. I can’t recommend Paladin enough - especially grabbing a seat at the bar with Bryan. You’ll be in excellent hands!
