No utensils, the half salads were half built and pretty gross missing dressing. Hair in food. Will remember to skip this one next drive through

Horrible customer service
Food is overpriced for portion size. Not much meat on cheesesteak. Bagels are good tho.

Service is very fast, I was sitting there almost all day waiting for something and guys were super. It was clean and well maintained.
The sandwich could have had a bit more chicken but it was good. The Mac and cheese was cream

I’ve always loved Panera’s food, but this location has some rude employees. Way to ruin the experience.

Great healthy option for any time of the day! Breakfast, lunch, or dinner you will find an excellent choice for every member of the family. It can get crowded at times so pack your patience 🙃.

Panera is one of my favorite place to go and enjoy a meal. I have been a customer for more than 20 years.
I visited the Winchester, VA location several times a month in the past 7 years. The atmosphere was OK. The cleanliness of the place was ok and the food I ordered was not bad.
But! I had several bad experiences in recent months. Poor quality communication from staff , rude responses and poorly served food and dirty tables and smelly bathroom.
I will not visiting this location again..

I don't usually eat out often, but I wanted a quick salad and remembered my favorite one here, the southwest chicken salad.
I'm not sure why chicken is in the name because my salad had 4 tiny slivers of chicken and was missing the avocado. For as expensive as a salad was, I felt let down. I had to wait a long time, too. Disappointed to say the least.

Was quite busy and it was hard to find a seat, but the food and service were great as usual.

Bread was flavorless and the salads were made ahead of time. I'm paying over $14 for a friggin salad. Make it fresh! I stood waiting for some extra salad dressing for over 5 minutes?? I know this isn't a travesty but I felt ignored. It was after 7pm! Not busy.

PLEASE move the online order rack back to being where it was before. Asking a worker to be in charge of both the register and to go on a busy night or busy day is absolutely ridiculous having to say my name and then wait when the order is already in the rack because the worker is overwhelmed by juggling both jobs and it just makes things worse than they really need to be. The process of picking up An order was so easy before and now all it leads to is anger, frustration and problems for a worker who really doesn’t deserve to have any issues. If you are worried about food being taken- Then keep large orders behind the counter like they were before, but have someone there to help specifically with to go.
