Always good !

Stood at the counter for over 5 minutes before even even being acknowledged by any employee. 4 others saw me and another lady standing there but none spoke to us or acknowledged us in any way. When a guy finally came to the register he was very kind and apologized, but being ignored by the 4 other people seemed rude!

Normally pretty dirty floors, which is. A big ick. Staff is ok, but poor communication about pick up orders.

Great salads.

Tasty menu items yet ordering is a slow process. I believe this Panera needs to hire more staff.

This is the second time I’ve ordered pecan braids from this store via the door dash app with absolute no communication on it being unavailable/sold out. It’s common sense and courtesy to notify/call the door dash customer or communicate with door dash service if you have items that have already sold out or are unavailable. Not only are you causing greater inconvenience, but you’re messing with paid customer money. Next time, TAKE THE EXTRA MILE AND COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR DOORDASH CUSTOMERS WHEN THEIR IS AN ISSUE WITH ORDERED ITEMS. A phone call will also be made to your corporate.

I ordered Togo and food was sloppy and my fruit cup was out dated with only 4 ounces with plastic cup weight. instead of 5 ounces which leads me to believe that the bad fruit was just pulled out such as cantaloupe I had 6 blueberries in its place...what if I was allergic, I'm not but they are not listed as ingredients. Very disappointed I paid $25 with tip for this.

Ordered delivery for the office as I've done in the past. The receptionist notified me immediately that none of the baked goods (bagels, pastries, etc) was delivered. It was just one bag with the hot food we'd ordered. I immediately called the delivery driver and asked if he'd perhaps forgotten part of our order. He said that the one bag is all they gave him. I call Panera next. They had to investigate and call me back. About 30 min later I get a call back saying that they remember packing the bag with the baked goods and I'd have to either pay and place another order or just be refunded. Why would I pay again and I didn't receive half of my order? I chose the refund option. Of course I still haven't been refunded despite numerous messages to corporate. I'd think twice before using them for delivery. As far as the food they did send, it was 4/10. Was supposed to get a Garden Avo but they sent Classic Avocado toast in a box with greasy fingerprints. None of the 8 breakfast sandwiches was labeled as to what they were so we had to open and look at other people's sandwiches.

Great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful in placing our order. The food was so fresh and good with large portion sizes.

Panera still offers the best value in their Value Duets. Yes, we're cheap, and this is the best buy out there! But they don't shortchange you for the good value. This is one of favorite eat-out places!

I had lunch with a girlfriend here yesterday. I had the Asian Chicken Salad. Very small portion. Minuscule amount of chicken. No butter for the stale piece of bread that accompanied the salad. I noticed a faint, odd unpleasant smell about three times while eating the salad. My stomach has been upset for the 18 hours since I left the restaurant. I would have said something to management but my friend suggested the restaurant and paid for our lunch. I did not want to embarrass her. This morning I read the reviews. THIS IS A SUBSTANDARD PLACE OF BUSINESS!!

I love Panera, made an online order so it would be ready when I arrived and it wasn’t ready at all and the order was messed up. Very disappointing, wrong food and the wait was longer than it said it would be. They told me to come back and get another soup and then they told me that they had no idea what I was talking about when I got there…

Small portions for the price.
