I went there 3 times and the service was just awful. It appears a lot of locals go there and engage in conversations with the service help. Subsequently, the out of town guests get minimal service.

Love coming to any Perkins restaurant we can find. Many have been closing over the years. Family name tradition, to stop and eat at. Found you guys today. Was amazing food and service. Sucked that there was no pies and to find out today was y’alls last day open

been there twice in the last two weeks. first time the male server was above and beyond on the second day the female server was ok. both days my wife and I got the burgers, fries and pies deal. day one we got an app sampler. food was amazing both days definitely a great place to go and is probably our new weekly date night place.

Our food was delicious, fresh and came out quickly. The restaurant was a bit chilly, but it was clean and quiet. Our server was attentive and he made sure not to interrupt our conversation during check ins. The manager was extremely professional and she made great conversation. We will be back soon.

The staff is ok. The host was awkward and didn't know that I wanted a table - don't know why there was confusion. The waitress was much more professional. As I was standing by the counter to pay my bill, a staff member came up and moved my suitcase away from me and put it by the wall across the foyer - don't know why. I had to go retrieve it. It was just weird.

Why such a low rating? Well they were slow. Food took a while to get to us. Then it was not hot, but warm. Others were also complaining. The reason given, they had a large party of 25. Manager wouldn't do anything, and didn't seem to concerned.

I went up to pay for my food but there was no one there. I looked around and didn't see anyone up front. I heard this lady cussing on the phone from over in the hotel. After she got off the phone she comes over and helps me with my check. Her name was lexus.. She said she was the manager. I don't think a manager should be speaking like that while customers are waiting to pay for their food. This was my first and last time dinning here. NEVER COMING BACK! AND YOU CAN THANK LEXUS FOR THAT!!!

This place reminded me of a Dennys. I went for breakfast and had the Brioche french toast which was pretty good and plenty to eat without the breakfast platter. Prices were fair. Place was clean.

Had a new dish here recommended by our server, lemon chicken / broccoli over noodles. Waitress was right - it's awesome! Good but not great service, waitress could have refilled our beverages more than once, but it was not a deal-breaker. The food is always good and the place is very clean and well kept.

The food was good. We had a crowd of 19. Sister had called ahead and reserved a room for our Christmas get together. We were there in plenty of time. Found out they had people sitting in the room. Soooooo we had to wait till they were done. The room was cleaned up right away and set up for us. That was the only problem.

Where did the staff go? When we walked in, there were several people in front of us waiting to be seated by a missing hostess; one customer waiting for the non-existant cashier; two girls waiting to buy cookies from a no-show counter person. We waited for a few minutes waiting for someone, anyone, to acknowledge our collective presence. But no one did, so we left and had lunch at another restaurant just down the road.
