Now that Pot O Pho is gone (boo hoo) I thought I'd try this place but they don't serve chicken Pho! What!?

Food is great but ordered 50 bucks worth of pho to go. Didn't find out till I got home that we were missing the vegetables and sauces for pho (it's like 50% of the pho). Called them and all they said was "oh, we ran out" like what?

Ordered the spring rolls and pho. It was really good, the noodle was so much and had to take home half of it! Broth was good as well.

I rate this place a ZERO. It is my second time here and we didn’t make it past the seating area. My husband, myself and 3 kids walked in and the young lady at the front asked “can I help you?” And husband replied “yes, may we have a table for 5 please” and she asked us what do we plan to order. (Odd) and so we let her know we’d like to order PHO. She said they are out of PHO. (Odd, right?) my husband asked what else do you have and she paused, pulled a menu out and pointed and said “we only have pork products.” (Odd again). My husband and I were taken aback because it was obvious she didn’t want to serve us and assumed we wouldn’t stay based on only serving pork products. We left but that encounter did not sit well with us. We are in fact from the east and do not eat pork so right off the back we strongly felt she was racial profiling. Here’s how I came To this conclusion. I called the restaurant a few minutes after we left to confirm if they truly ran out of PHo and proceeded to place a carry out order of two beef flank PHOs and the man who answered confirmed they have PHO!!! I hung up and called right back and asked to speak with the manager and the man who I spoke with minutes prior said she was busy. I let him know that I had just called and ordered the two phos to go and wanted to cancel the order. I let him know what I had just experienced with the woman at the front and called to see if they in fact had PHo. He confirmed once more that they did have PHoAnd wasn’t clear as to why she said that or treated us that way. He was apologetic.We will NEVER return to this restaurant and hope you don’t either. If the owner reads this, I strongly suggest you train your staff with proper manners and etiquettes. I am still shocked at how we were treated. My family is decent, respectful, kind and classy. Please do not give your business to this establishment and go elsewhere. I am still trying to get a hold Of the owner to make a complaint because this was unacceptable and they should be aware of the situation.

The first couple times we went it was delicious. We had a bad meal and decided to give them another try. Once again we were met with dirty sticky tables and the menus were horribly filthy. I ordered fresh spring rolls and special vegetarian pho. I was brought burnt deep fried rolls and special meat pho. The server and cooks were hanging out on their phones. The server wasn't attentive. My water glass was dirty and had lipstick on it. We paid and didn't eat the food. They are microwaving everything. The pho broth was cold and grayish. Very disappointed they had a good thing going on.

The food is excellent and authentic and personalized, the staff is lovely, wonderful Vietnamese and Italian food and it is very hard to find good Vietnamese food. Highly recommend!
I came to this restaurant every time I'm in town for business. This is the best Pho in town. The broth is tasty and rich in flavor. Eggrolls are crunchy and yummy, specially when you wrapped with lettuce dipping in sauce. They have many options for healthy foods on menu such as spring rolls, salad, vegetables Pho and bbq pork with rice or vermicelli. The restaurant service is friendly, cozy , lots of spaces for big party, definitely a great local food gem!

Me and my wife came here a few hours ago and we were greeted very nicely. We got a window seat as requested and were given water after a few minutes. We ordered a Special Pho and a Vegetarian Pho. Everything was great besides the meat substitutes. It tasted a little strange but everything else tasted good. I’d recommend this spot if you’re going for authentic Pho Soup. The atmosphere was great and the music was not too loud nor too low. After we paid, we received a nice present from one of the servers. I’d recommend this place. 4/5 stars because of the small menu.

Here is a real review on this place.1. The food - it is some of the best PHO in the area. Wish they had more options than one option of PHO being call a PHO bistro. ???2. Atmosphere - if your open, turn on the damn lights. Coming in and looking dark and gloomy is extremely unappealing.3. Service - I get you save money hiring your family but for the love of Pete can we please wear professional clothing. Being served in pajamas, whits T's, flip flops, bedroom slippers etc., is appalling. Have some standards.

I stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant quite unexpectedly & must say, it's a delightful surprise! The ambiance is warm & cozy. The friendly staff greeted me and my guests with genuine smiles. And most importantly, the cuisine was absolutely outstanding! This restaurant has undoubtedly become a favorite spot for me- where exceptional food meets outstanding service.
