I ordered my food through the app for delivery. I got a call about 30 min later saying they don’t have delivery drivers, they depend on door dash and my order had been ready for 10 min without anyone picking it up so I could either go get it or cancel the order. I decide to go pick up my order and have to walk through a cloud of marijuana smoke from the employees smoking at the front door to get inside. I get home and my order is wrong and I’m missing an entire pizza. This is not the first time I have gotten horrible service from the Winchester location and I will not continue to order from Pizza Hut for this reason.

This Pizza Hut location is hostile towards Doordash or third party delivery drivers. They forced them to not take more than one order from them on DoorDash or any of these apps and they threaten to get them banned from the store if they do so.
I understand the reasoning behind it however, Pizza Hut is not smart enough to understand that sometimes Doordash gives us two orders at the same time and if we cancel one or unassign one, it hurts our metrics.
Pizza Hut if you are so worried about food getting cold because drivers are taking two orders you can at least require them to bring in a delivery bag or not allow them to pick up the order if they don’t have a delivery bag. Drivers sometimes have to take two orders because it also gets some more money and allows them to get orders off your hands efficiently. This Pizza Hut I’m calling on to remove this policy to prevent them from getting their FAFO moment from lack of business or lack of drivers picking up orders here due to them feeling threatened.

As DoorDash drivers we work for DoorDash and not Pizza Hut ! And because of that we take the orders DoorDash gives us, which often is 2 at a time Turning down orders or canceling ones we already accepted hurts drivers since it downranks us for future orders DoorDash will give us. If you have an issue with drivers taking more than one order you should really switch back to in house delivery like Pizza Hut has done fine with since the 80’s.

Ordered a pizza thru Door Dash. Pizza came but no sauce!? Can’t even begin to tell you frustrating it is considering the cost of the pizza. THEN, we order a bottle of soda…guess what? No soda.

I don’t fault the store for this, as it seems like they do their deliveries through DoorDash; however, it looks like my dasher, Hogan had a Hulk Hogan moment all over my pizza. No clue what happened or why the delivery driver did this. Asked for my refund and they said they’d recoup in 2 to 5 business days. Again, can’t fault the store for that and I can’t even say if it was a good pizza.
Just, watch out if your delivery drivers name is Hogan.
Purchased 2 pizzas. One pizza was burned up with no sauce. The second pizza had no sauce. Took both pizzas back & got my money returned. So disappointed. I will not be returning here again.

I orderd and waited for almost 1 hr. For my small perso al pizza the girl in the store said she forgot to put it in and tried to make me pay again because she forgot I showed the first recipt and she denied that it was there receipt. So I left I will never go there again.

the man who answered the phone put me on hold for 20 minutes then when i hung up and called back he answered immediately and proceeded to tell me i never had an order placed 0/10 rating completely unprofessional and unacceptable
