They could not deliver my order sead that door dash could not take cash one hour latter when I went to pick it up it was cold asked if they could make it fresh they did with a aditud and still charged full price they suck

This is the only Pizza Hut in Winchester and the pizza is actually very good and the staff was actually pretty quick as far as getting the pizza 2 Us from time of order to delivery

It is carry out/delivery only. I miss the dine in that was available when I was a kid/young adult. The food isn't bad. I like the pan crust supreme pizza in particular. I wish it was just a little bit less greasy on the fingers. This is the only Pizza Hut that I know of in Winchester, VA. I'm not sure where the next closest one is. The parking lot is crazy small. I don't suggest a full-size or extended van/truck in that lot.

Was so surprised to see they had gluten free pizza. It was really good. Service was excellent. Food came out fresh, when promised and the staff was very nice
Ordered delivery online for a future time frame, no where did it mention a 3rd party delivery company. I wasn’t notified until 30 min prior to my delivery window that my order would be handled by door dash. If I wanted door dash I would’ve ordered door dash……. I don’t understand why it’s ok for this to happen without more than a 30 min notification. Pizza slices were crazy sized, also I was missing a teeny tiny 2oz marinara sauce I paid extra for, and when I tried to call them to discuss any and all of this I got a call center. I like this food but at this rate I’m not sure I will even order for pickup. Food tasted fine, was fairly hot when it arrived hence 3 stars instead of 1

They had 2$ individual pizzas. I got 6 of them. Needless to say these 2 guys working were trying their very best to keep up with everyone else ordering. It was a mad house so it's best when there's a deal like this to order ahead of time.

Food was ok but customer service is nonexistent. I stood there for maybe 10 minutes and I wasn't even acknowledged. The guy was literally brooming the floor in front of me. I finally said im here to pick up my order. Probably not coming back.
