Placed a pick up order here last night excited to eat Pizza Hut since there’s none where I live, Winchester is the closest- just to end up extremely disappointed and unhappy. I reached out to customer service online THREE times about my experience with no outcome or solution. Just a waste of time. Do not waste your money!!

Very disappointed. Was looking forward to this pizza all day and order a pizza with crispy pepperoni and bacon and the large pizza had a total of 8 pepperonis. That's really unreasonable.
Ordered Large Supreme online requested with everything, had no pepporoni and found plastic in pizza. Will not be back. You can obvisouly tell it is going down hill when arriving and meeting employees.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are wheelchair accessible parking spaces.
I ordered a thin and crispy crust meat lovers pizza and the dough was not crispy at all. But is was delivered rather quick

Food? It's your average pizza hut. But what stands out is the service. The manager is one dedicated woman, focused on providing the best customer service and seemed to be liked by the townsfolk and the employees. It is the service and the atmosphere that make this pizza hut special. I hope she knows some of us customers appreciate that.
Pizza hut use to be really good, don't know what happened, but I won't be ordering again, I ordered a half n half I got 3 pieces one way and 5 another way, thought half was 4/4 it was mostly dough and had no taste... Very unsatisfied,would not recommend,also they need to clean up the countertops,it looks like a hoarder resides there upon entering
