Nobody answers the phone

Tried Thursday and Saturday during their “open” hours and lights were out & doors locked.

The front girl was rude and had a lot of attitude, the pizza tasted sour—possibly the tikka sauce was off—and some toppings were a little burnt. Completely disappointing experience.

The pizza was just okay, it had too much cheese, sauce was fine, but pepperoni was mid. Their "wings", at least at this location, were burnt heavily panko breaded nuggets of what appeared to be broccoli mush? I honestly could not tell from the flavor what the paste was made from. They are inconsistently open as well, you never know unless you show up to the restaurant. I ordered a pizza once for pickup, arrived 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, to find that they were not even open yet. This was at around 1:30-2pm. When I say they were not open yet I mean that all of the lights were off and no one was there at all. You would think their ordering service would be turned off but no, so we had to put in a claim to get the order canceled and refunded. Their other topping options sound really unique but these experiences have majorly turned me off, as well as reading from others that their dough may not even be vegan(though I wouldn't automatically believe an omni employee, most do not understand what vegan means). Pizzoco is the place to go for good pizza here, then Vibrissa's dessert apple pizza if you're craving sweet.

Made an online order only to find the place closed during their posted business hours. This has become a pattern at this location

Do not order from this place! They will cancel your order with no explanation after over an hour of waiting and take several days to refund. If you try to call, no one answers the phone. This has happened to me twice now!

This restaurant is closed but still accepting orders. This has happened twice already. Now, I get the message not to order from Pizza Twist Winchester.

On Saturday, March 22, 2025, we ordered online and drove from West Virginia to pick it up. Unfortunately, when we arrived at 1:30 p.m., they were closed. We stayed a while to see if someone would eventually show up, but no one showed and there was no sign on the door.

We chose them and chose to drive that far specifically for their vegan offerings. We have had Pizza Twist in other areas and truly enjoyed it, but this was a let down. We understand things happen, but to have online ordering open and to take people's money without providing a product is a bit much. We called repeatedly over the next few days to see if we could still get our pizza, but no one ever answered and we had to resort to a charge back on our credit card.

In the end we drove over to Oak Stone Pizza for a delicious meal and went to Bruster's for dessert.

I'd give them one more chance when I'm in the area to see that they are open, but never again will we make an online or phone order.

This pizza spot was great! Immaculately clean, awesome crispy pizza, and the staff was great and super attentive. Got the pesto pizza (so tasty) but will definitely be back to try other menu items.

Slow service slow everything

Tried three pizzas, one was maybe overhyped in my mind and was just ok, but still worth eating. A bit slow for it to be ready, but worth the wait. A bit pricey, so can't be a frequent place for me, but I would certainly order from here again. Atmosphere, there was nobody there when I came in so hard to say. Definitely different, I enjoyed it.

Wanted some pizza, time online says they close at 9Pm, on the door it says 10pm. Got there at 8:10 expecting to eat with my boys, turned out they were closed.

I tried this place because firenza closed down. I ordered out a vegan pizza with pepperoni and cheese bread. It was not very good. It is now the only place in Winchester for vegan pizza and I will not be ordering from here again
