I don't think these people, whether as a boss or an employee, convinced me. I'm disappointed with this restaurant. They are rude people. I don't know why they have people like that working there. I went to get my food, which I ordered correctly, and they treated me very badly. They were three rude people with no respect for customers. July 8, 2:15 p.m. I went shopping and they treated me very badly.

Not Accepting online & drive through orders after 9:30 PM

This is regarding your Popeyes location, which consistently has issues with fulfilling orders. They often stop accepting orders at least 2 hours before closing. This has happened to me five times now.

Today, I placed an online order at 10:40 PM because it showed the location was open until 11:00 PM. However, when I arrived at 10:55 PM for pickup, I was told that the stoves were already closed and only fries were available.

This isn’t the first time—it’s the fifth time I’ve had issues. Every time I visit the drive-thru, they either refuse to take my order or say that the item is not available.

This level of service is very disappointing and needs to be addressed

There was a small mistake with my order this afternoon... I brought it to the attention of who I believe was the manager, it being a small mistake I was a bit embarrassed to bring it up, but the manager and other employees immediately not only worked to resolve it but went above and beyond in doing so. I was extremely impressed with how they handled it and left the restaurant quite happy.

My experience overall with fast food service in general is to not expect much, which is why I was so pleasantly surprised to see this level of service.

EDIT: I don't eat here or Popeyes in general enough to know if this is random or really a thing, but some Popeyes I go to, the amount of chicken I get on my Chicken Sandwich is like a chicken tender amount. Other times it's a giant fat juicy breast making a single sandwich feel like a whole meals worth - this time I was there, it was the latter which was great.

When I come in for lunch in the afternoon, it’s amazing. The managers on duty have Hella cool personalities, but the Night Shift needs work. The manager are on duty needs to learn how to communicate better with customers the food’s always on point though.

3:45pm, Managers too busy worrying about $14 dollar shortage last night, found, but then not found, then a shortage of $7 today; however, they charging me $16.76 for a 5 piece chicken strip meal- with 2 small sides and a small drink, then charging me $3.36 for small cup of gravy to dip my strips and soggy fries in! Chicken strips were hard as if sitting there for a while. French fries were half delicious and half soggy as if fresh mixed in with old? Everything else was okay!
Another customer came in front outside while I was eating. Apparently upset that his order was incorrect for a 2nd time!😬

I ordered a classic fish sandwich but got hot or spicy fish and couldn't eat it and the fries were so old they were cold and hard. Waited at least 10 minutes before I even saw an employee. I actually watched a employee take a piece of fish that was already setting there cooked an made my sandwich even though I ordered a classic fish sandwich not hot or spicy.

I promise every time I come here they forget something for my order. To their credit when I have to come back they don’t argue about it or anything and just give me what they forgot.
