once they’re in their last 1 to 2 hours of the day they decide they don’t wanna make food anymore, even if you’re a dasher spending time to pick up an order that was already confirmed. just lazy and worthless

Underwhelming! Getting a reheated chicken sandwich instead of a fresh one was frustrating. The breading was soggy and lacked any crunch, and the chicken looked suspiciously undercooked. It was unappetizing and felt like a careless effort. 👎

I expected fresh food since I went a few minutes after opening. Food was not fresh, fries & shrimp tasted old. Biscuit is hard. The guy who handed me my food had very long fingernails and they were filthy!

Hadn't been here for 3-4months (after was our 20 years of sunday lunch) because food and service had changed ... still as bad, so won't be back for a while ... chicken HARD FRIED and tasted old ...

Waited 27 minutes for our food in the drive-through. Had 5 cars parked waiting on food. said I had to wait on chicken strips and biscuits. Got home with my food and no chicken strips but instead got 2 chicken sandwiches, which my wife wouldn't eat. Highly recommend you go to a different Popeyes. Also, instead of working out the best combination for my food, they charged individual prices and 3 straps, 4 pieces of chicken, and 2 large side was $38. It's absolutely ridiculous.

The new manager doesn't know what he doing they don't turn the lights on outside very dangerous they need Jimmy back it's gone down hill since he left. Service not the same food not the same need a better manager get Jimmy back stop being lazy an turn the lights on

Someone stole my $45 order, management refused to remake it and said it's not their problem.
