Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

First all the cashier was very rude he was moody with me and at first he was avoiding me and then the food was cold he was a Hispanic curly head and he’s kinda short he looks young I don’t know why they would hire him.

During my recent visits to this location, I’ve encountered consistent issues with the food quality and portion sizes. My initial order—a three-piece chicken dinner—consisted of unusually small pieces of chicken that were overcooked. After voicing my concerns, I was offered a replacement order, which I appreciated. However, when I returned months later to give the restaurant another chance, I once again experienced subpar quality. While the chicken was cooked properly this time, the portions were still abnormally small, and the ghost pepper wings that I ordered had an overly excessive amount of batter that concealed the minimal amount of meat on the wings.
Having visited many Popeye’s restaurants in various locations, I know that this is not the standard of quality that Popeye’s is known for. I find it disappointing that my local branch consistently falls short of expectations. I believe the root of the issue may lie in the management and ownership of this location, as the staff seems to operate under the assumption that these practices are acceptable.

Ordered a fried turkey for Thanksgiving. Easy to order online and called to confirm the turkey was ready for pick up. Quick in and out of the store and was provided thawing and cooking/warming instructions.

Service and food was crappy. Employee didn't take order correctly. Food wasn't hot or even warm. And it was only a little after 11 when placing order. Because the Employee didn't ring order up correctly had to pay 3 dollar for a small order of fries.
The worst Popeyes I have been to.

Service is non-existent. Waited at drive through order pedistal for over 5 minutes after which someone spoke up and said they would be with me in a second. 3 minutes later no one had taken my order. I left the pedistal to see no one at the window. 1 star is to great of a rating. Will not buy over priced food from Popeyes again.

This is by far the best Popeyes restaurant we have ever visited. It is clean, the people are friendly and professional, and the food is always ready. We have visited other Popeyes where we had to wait some 40 minutes for our food (on the PA Turnpike), but at this location, our food arrived before we'd even poured our drinks.
I've had to travel this way twice in the past two weeks, and service was exceptional both times. This will become our go-to lunch stop for future trips!
