It was an 8pm stop. Definitely not fresh chicken . Sandwiches looked like the breast fillets had been cut in half very small compared to the ones we get closer to home. Not impressed.

Loved the team and that they listened exactly to the order that we wanted. It was around dinner time and my husband and I had to wait and this young girl with blondish hair had apologized to us and thanked us for our patience and we felt as though she was extremely professional and was handling the pressure quite well. We also loved the fact that all the utensils and sauces were out by the drinks where we could easily access them without having to bother the cashiers and runners. Overall, excellent experience and highly recommend going to this Popeyes.

Yesterday, a family member of mine got two boxes of chicken with a side of fries, biscuits, red beans and rice along with a cup of macaroni and cheese. After scooping some of the macaroni out, I saw a long black hair in the bottom of it. Didn’t even see it until the spoonful was taken out. Staying away from sides for a while however the chicken was fine.

This place was okay and average place, I wasn't happy much with the amount of food I got but thankful that it was there on my way home. I was very surprised by the amount of food I got there. I'm a big fan of Popeyes and visit their store wherever I see them or whenever I can. So, I know roughly the amount of food I should get every time on most orders. This place had significantly less food when I visited there. For example , I ordered a three tenders combo (note: I ordered many other foods for my family and this also applied to them) and got very tiny three strips of chicken tenders and very small amounts of fried. The box was very sad looking and almost hollowed out. Overall, I was happy and thankful that I was able to eat Popeyes when I was hungry.

This is the second time in a month that we have eaten here. The chicken sandwiches were crunchy perfection. The fries were hot (one of my baselines). Deliciousness that Popeyes is known for …. We will come again.

Ordered 4 chicken sandwiches...easy peasy. Was told to pull forward. Waited a long time & backed up to the window where girl made a face like "oops, we forgot about her. Then other girl says they were waiting for filets to come up. Gave me food not 35 seconds later and everything was cold. I waved; manager comes to window trying same excuse of waiting for filets. Told him No, sandwiches are cold...you forgot about me didn't you; he then nods his head yea while looking down. I ask for refund. Girl comes back saying sorry, and I said "if you would have just told the truth about forgetting it would have been much better. She repeats the lie of waiting for filets. I said No...the sandwiches are cold and your manager just admitted to forgetting about me. So, a restaurant that makes mistakes is one thing. But one the repeatedly lies about it just plain SUCKS! Lack of integrity and customer service. Still waiting for my refund (which is probably another lie). Sad because we love Popeyes food. Will be going to KFC across the street instead.
