I have to Say this restaurant was Excellent... The Food was Fresh and Extremely flavorably great... I had the Beef Burrito... Our server Manrico was very pleasant and took the time to explain how they serve their food... That and the dessert Sopapillas were absolutely wonderful... Plus they have Mixed drinks... The place is Very Comfortable, lots of booths very nice comfortable sests... I just cannot explain it... You have to go there, it's a Must...! Happy Employees... Whoever the Owner is, I would like to shake their hand...! Absolutely Wonderful experience... In the Old Days we would say... It's the Bomb Diggity...! If your ever in Winchester right on Berryville Avenue... Stop in and get yourselves sum good Hispanic Food...! Thanks to the Chef and staff for a really happy meal and times...!

We were impressed with the quality of the food. The shrimp were cooked to perfection on a very fresh salad and the refried beans are very good. There is a nice salsa bar for chips. Did not care for the margarita which was weak in flavor and watery. Service was excellent up to the point of the food being delivered. After that we never saw our waitress and had to hunt down other staff to take our dessert order.

Nicely decorated, clean, plenty of seating. Very accessible, with booths and chairs. Excellent service! We ordered the taco salads off the lunch menu. It had a generous portion of mildly flavored beef, a layer of refried beans, some shredded lettuce and a dalop of sour cream. The shell was thin, crispy, and tasty. Nice part, they have a condiment bar, there you can spice things up, if you like. Love that the beer was serviced in a frosted mug!

If there were more stars, I'd give it to them. I'm a single guy and a vegetarian and have to cook for myself. It's not easy to find good vegetarian menus outside of my own home. The service at Rancho Nuevo was great. The food and drinks came out quickly and were specular. I immediately texted all my friends and said it was the best Mexican food I ever had. I can go on and on but try it for yourself and no, I'm not an owner or family of these people! Did you see the pic of my vegetarian fajitas? I'm such a geek, I can't believe I took a pic of my food! Enchiladas, beef & chicken casadilla's, Carne asada all very little flavor and weirdly dry. Carne asada had a single small slice of beef. Very disappointing. New owners? New kitchen staff? The Azteca soup was very good. Staff was friendly.

I will not be returning to Ranchi Nuevo. I went there with my family and my niece found a piece of plastic in her food. The manager informed me this happens from time to time and implied it was a known problem with their vendor. I honestly didn’t care for how he spoke on the matter. I ordered the chili verde and it didn’t come out how I ordered it and I was told after I made a comment about it that the menu simply wasn’t correct in what options were available. Aside from my order not coming how I ordered it the verde chili was awful and the carnitas with it was mostly chunks of fat that wasn’t rended down. If I could leave no stars and just leave a warning I would this place has a long way to go to be worth visiting.

Delicious!! I ordered the veggie fajitas and the chef presented it so beautifully and with such fresh beautiful colors. There was plenty to eat too. Their Salsa bar was excellent and a very nice extra coming from someone who comes to a Mexican restaurant primarily for the nachos and salsa. Everybody at my table got good portions and everything looked beautiful. Ashley was our waitress and she did a great job.
This is one of my top favorite Mexican restaurant ever! We shared this dish and I had to take my time just to enjoy the flavor of our meal. Their salsa bar was cute, trying out flavors. This is a must visit place for your next meal when you are in town.
