My husband ordered the admiral feast but the order he received did not have the lobster tail or the right sides he ordered. He was very disappointed and told them to put the lobster tail in a to go box. They did not discount the bill or offer anything to offset the mistake

This was a horrible place to eat I ordered steak lobster with shrimps $57 I paid for myself to eat The lobster look like an anorexic there's no meat on it they service no silverware I asked for mac and cheese they gave me rice I will never eat of this place I cannot stand people now this is worst place I've ever freaking ordered from

On November the 9th we had dinner for my son’s birthday, they turned 23, they are severely autistic, our waiter was amazing! When he gave us our bill he said love, peace and chicken grease…. He has no idea what that meant to us personally, but it was significant! So to our amazing waiter! Thank you ! You made our day!💙🥹🥳

The food was pretty much exactly what I was expecting to get. I got the ultimate feast with crab legs, shrimp linguine, garlic shrimp scampi, and scallops. I ended up dipping just about everything in that garlic butter that came with scampi. The lady serving us was very polite and attentive.

I don’t care what anyone says…. Red Lobsters have always been one of my favorite places to eat. I’ve been to many 5 star places but I love me some red lobsters. This particular location in Winchester does a great job with food quality, presentation and preparation. The staff is always very friendly, quick, helpful and kind. There is never a wait and the food comes out quick and hot. The restaurant is always clean and free of clutter. I love stopping in here. 10 out 10.
Girls day out with an 11 and 13 year old. They enjoyed our waiter. He was respectful and answered their questions about foods. They said they felt important. Thank you, Charlie, for your hospitality. The Williams family

The place was nice, waiter was great but the food wasn't good. $14 for 6 shrimp is a complete ripoff and didn't have a great taste. I sent my plate back because the steak was leather, tasted bad and even the lobster had no flavor and tasted like a limp paper bag. Also, the music was so loud, I thought my head was gonna explode. It even got louder, it was a nightmare.

Went on a Monday, AYCE Shrimp dishes! Obviously the cheddar biscuits are amazing. Server was awesome, and there was another server who was crackin jokes and singing. Good times. Fast service and food too. All around a good time. Even got some dessert to go as well.

I just really want to shout out our amazing server Syd. A group of my friends came in pretty late for all you can eat shrimp, and she not only tolerated our crazy but took excellent care of all 6 of us from the second we walked in until we departed. We will be back just to experience her kindness and excellent service again, the shrimp was a bonus 💜
