My wife left a comment for the same experience, but I needed to add some things. This burgers we got compared to what should come from Red Robin is absolutely false advertising. The burgers were thrown together by people who clearly don't want a job. I can understand a difference in the time the app says to pick up the burgers and what time they might be done, but let's be clear. This place was NOT busy at all. There is no quality control and clearly no management at this place. I'm not planning on returning, and you shouldn't waste your money. Next time I'll go to McDonalds, because I don't see a difference.

We ordered food online. The online app said that the food would be done at 5:10pm. It wasn't actually done until closer to 6pm. The food was sloppy. One burger was in pieces and didn't have any of the sauces that we ordered. No side sauces were added even though we ordered them. This was our second time visiting this place. The first time was good. This time was a disaster.

The waitress was inattentive. While she refilled my husband's soda, she didn't ask if I wanted a water refill. On top of that, she never provided napkins or silverware while she did so for other tables. We ended up having to get our own because she was rarely here to check on us.

Stopped for lunch. Only 3 tables full. Had to wait 10 min to be seated as hostess was on phone.

Waitress pushed for our order and was snippy.
Food was bland and overcooked.
Waitress never came back to check on us. Never refilled drinks.
They gave me 1/2 off my meal as I ate the fries.

Will never go back.

Veggie Burger was delicious. We had garlic fries and Texas chips. The fries were good. The dipping sauces improved the chips;as would more salt. The place was fairly empty and service was okay.

Staff is great and the food is pretty good. Unfortunately, their hand sanitizer in the women's bathroom has mold growing in it.

We got there later on Sunday night, so it wasn't busy. It took forever to get our appetizer and then entrees (burger and chicken sandwich). Once we did, the waitress did not come back to check on us until we had already paid using the kiosk.

As soon as we left, my stomach was feeling weird. I woke up at 1 am puking my guts out from the chicken sandwich. My husband, who had had a bite of my sandwich, woke up about 30 minutes after me to puke. I was up all night.

We had already agreed not to go back, given how expensive the food was for the quality, but that was just the nail in the coffin. It would have been better to go to McDonald's.
