Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Stopped by to have lunch this afternoon around 2pm they were not busy at all two guys at the bar and a table of three almost finished. We walked in west were not greeted at all a server saw us walk in and we still stood there for five minutes before being acknowledged. Then when the hostess finally saw us she acted like we were an inconvenience and gave us a dirty look. I will never go to another red Robin and strongly recommend no one going to the one in Winchester Virginia

It's been a while since I've been to a Red Robin, and my visit today did not disappoint! Food was great, my server was very attentive (in spite of the fact that they were short-staffed), there was almost no wait for anything so everyone was obviously on the ball. Great atmosphere.

I love Red Robin’s however ordering through their online website can be hit or miss. I received my chicken with the salsa dumped over top. I was also missing my broccoli from my order. Staff was very quick to help rectify the issue and gave a refund. I think I’ll just stick to in person instead of ordering online.

This was my first time at any Red Robin. I was in the mood for a cheeseburger, I was in the area so I paid a visit. I was very pleased with such an inviting atmosphere. I was a party of 1 because I dont like taking tables from the wait staff that can serve larger parties so I sat in the bar area. Right away Brooke was right there! And then, shall I say, switching of the guards, in comes Edee! Those two work together like a well-oiled machine...took care of me along with all the tables while getting drinks for the other staff in the dining room. They never skipped a beat! Continually checking in on me when they didnt have to. And thats really hard to find anymore. I so appreciated that.
Then there was Derrick. Let's just say, you want to be in his section. He will definitely brighten your day!
However, I should have ordered my burger med rare, a little overcooked to my liking but it was good. Everything was to order. Otherwise all in all I was really surprised by everything, I will be back! Oh and the kiosks on the tables are really convenient. Thank you!

Great atmosphere and food. Server was pleasant and food prepared quickly.
They have table kiosks which I dont recommend touching until its time to pay. They dont tell you that Using them can incur unexpected charges.

Late evening traveling & stopped here for food & beer.
Nice place - good food, poor beer selection - by that I mean, no local beers.
Put local craft beers back on your taps.
