Food was disappointing. The original order was the guacamole and bacon. And even mentioned I can't do anything spicy. The burger was spicy my only guess was maybe something in the guacamole. The sweet potatoe fries were old. That went back and I got the haystack burger instead with no campfire mayo. It was no better than a Wendy's burger but this was was $11.The manager however was very kind and did a great job trying to make it better.

My second Visit to Red Robin and I was Highly disappointed in the Main Course.red Robin is known for their Gourmet Burgers and my previous visit over 2 years ago was above satisfactory. I absolutely Love Burgers and only order them when I eat out. I've had them all. This one, although not the worst, it was pretty bad.I ordered the Avocado Smash Burger. I ordered it with a little pink. The burger itself has a pleasant taste and was warm.The avocado was brown. The lettuce was shredded and did not appear to be fresh as it was discolored. The Bun was not warm.Like many places, but not all of them, Red Robin has shrank the size of their Burgers which at $15.00+ for the subpar meal is disappointing. The fries were not Hot, Fresh or crispy. The whole meal was un-satisfactory.The cola costs over $3.00. Take out the ice and you get about half a glass of actual beverage.The only part of the meal I enjoyed was the pretzel Milkshake which was amazing. The portion was.more than enough for one person and cost less than $8.00.My server was also really awesome. She was attentive, personable and not too intrusive or bothersom.Unfortunately I may not return. The price was to be expected for what should have been a Gourmet Burger and about 9 fries on the side. But the Product was not fresh, hot or even desirable in appearance.

The food was great and I love the concept of a birthday burger promotion. The chips which I picked for my side were weird and I wouldn't recommend them, but the fries were great and their veggie patty was tasty.There are ipads on the table with games, heads up that they charge you if you use them and the warning bubble with the price is very small.

There was a hair that looked like beard or pubic hair on our mozzarella starter plate and when we order 2 shots of Patron after our meal my friends shot glass had white mayo or sour cream dried to the outside. The burger was good that ordered, but my stomach was in knots after because I could only think did I eat any hair and were my dinner wear and utensils clean? The food is really expensive and we still left a good tip. I’m never going back.

Been there twice in the last month. Food is excellent(comes out hot and fresh), customer service is excellent very fast. The bar has good drinks.
