Intimate seating, great atmosphere, we did the chef’s tasting with wine pairing and it was really good! Very unique and great presentation across the 5 courses.
Highly recommend and will be returning when we come back to the area.

We arrived and were immediately welcomed by name and taken to our table with a handwritten anniversary welcome note. From there we were off to the races. We did the tasting menu, which was exquisitely crafted by chef Rob. Each pairing was incredible with flavor and texture. The filet was cooked to perfection and the duck melts in your mouth. Branden and Tracy were attentive to your needs and charming hosts. This is one of the best restaurants we’ve ever experienced. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience.

It was our 1st time dining at Savour by Crush, and let me tell you, IT WAS AMAZING! I'm usually slow to try something new, but I'm glad I did. Marshal, the manager and waiter, was on top of his game! He greets you with a smile, is very attentive and charming, and provides a wealth of information about each extraordinary dish he serves. Everything was prepared perfectly and tasted beyond words. There are two food items that I never eat: raisins and beets. I was shocked and surprised by the delicious salad that included raisins. I don't know how the chef pulled this off; I can only say he's magical because I didn't leave a single raisin on my plate...a first for me. Then came the trio of Knead bread with beet butter. The beet butter is the bomb! I loved it! In fact, I loved everything that was served. I was asked which food was my favorite, and honestly, I can't pick just one...the chef is exceptional! I could go on and on, but you really need to make a reservation and see for yourself...you will be pleasantly surprised.

Im giving it a 5 out of 5 More than Wow! What a gem in little Winchester, this cozy hideaway is a relaxed oasis in fine dining. Food quality was spectacular from land to sea, start to finish. Chefs curation of every ingredient was thoughtful and well presented paired with an appropriate accompaniment for an enhanced flavor pairing. Dining area is limited and staff was well versed and easy going, very attentive, reading our desires. Drinks, again, very well presented and top shelf ingredients. Certainly, we will be back

What an amazing experience! My girlfriend and I have been wanting to check this place out for a while and finally got the opportunity last night. We began with beautiful craft cocktails and then opted for the tasting menu with wine pairings. Everything was perfect. Every single bite of Chef Robert's creation was a masterpiece and Marshall's wine pairings were spot on, enhancing flavors and accenting the food with subtle elegance. Chef James interjected with a bonus course in the middle that also proved inspired. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like royalty; like everyone there had spent the whole day preparing for our visit. This was truly a night to remember. I can't wait to go back! I didn't take pictures. This was a special date night so I left my phone in the car in order to be fully present in the experience.

We have visited Savour now for the third time. Since chef Robert has taken has taken over the menu, we can’t get enough. Fine dining is one of our favorite indulgences. We have enjoyed many gourmet meals. This adorable space in Winchester blew other experiences out of the water. We literally could not eat anymore, but stretched our stomach because we couldn’t get enough. Incredible experience all around you have to try. And also tell all your friends.
This is a real gem and such a gift to have a restaurant of this quality and ambience right here in Winchester. For a special date night you can’t go wrong. The lighting, furniture placement and comfort are perfect. They do not turn tables so you have the table for the evening and can truly relax enjoying the chef’s five course special. Each course is right-sized and delicious, well timed and meticulously prepared. The menu changes monthly so there’s always something new to try. The vegetables are fresh from a micro farm in Berryville. The chef does a creative job integrating them into the meal such as elevating the savory taste of the ricotta stuffed pasta with a variety of mixed herbs. The price is a little high but well worth it for a special evening.

My wife and I had been looking to visit savour since they opened last year! We finally had the pleasure of indulging last night and boy are we kicking ourselves for waiting so long! Every dish was amazing. Like I told Marshall, “my taste buds didn’t stopped singing the whole night!”
The steak and street corn was absolutely to die for. My wife tried duck for the first time and has fallen in love! Although I’m sure anywhere we go won’t even come close to this experience.
I highly recommend trying the hickory sour! It’s a mocktail but I asked to add a shot of whiskey and it was the most delicious drink I’ve had my entire life.
I wish I would have taken pictures of each of our courses, but we couldn’t hold back! Each course smelled and tasted so good. The portion sizes were so much bigger than I was expecting and I had to undo my belt when we left so I could breathe right lol.
The staff were so friendly and their personalities make you feel so comfortable and welcomed. It’s like classy, high-end, delicious food and experience meets small town personality. They even had conversations cards on the table that were so cute and invoked so much good conversation. We will definitely be going back!

Savour exceeded all of my expectations. I was worried that the food portions would be small, since it’s a tasting menu, but that wasn’t the case at all. The food was incredible, the service was fantastic, and the overall experience was just wonderful. They change their menu monthly to keep it seasonal and I love knowing that the next time we visit we’ll get a whole new menu.
