I'm very disappointed with how this company treated me. I was getting bread deliveries at my store every week, but too often I got the wrong variety. The driver was kind, and always offered to compensate, but I can't run my store without the right kind of rolls. I emailed the regional sales director about the problem. He ignored the email and the deliveries just stopped altogether. No call, no advance notice, they just stopped coming and we were caught completely unprepared with no sub rolls. I emailed the sales guy again and still he ignored me. After the THIRD email he finally responded and told me that the driver told him that he had fixed the problem. I assured him that the problem was not fixed. Then he called me to say that the driver just decided on his own to stop servicing us.
