Ordered a bagel “toasted” with cream cheese. They failed to toast it. Also ordered a caramel iced coffee. And they set a cup with ice and syrup on the counter and made me make it on my own. It’s just disappointing that such a simple order was made with such laziness and lack of care for what they’re providing
I was looking for a coffee shop near my car dealership to work for a bit and found this lovely coffee and bakery/bagel shop. For a middle of the day, Friday afternoon, it was packed! As a busy local Realtor nothing is more important to me than family time. My kids and I have a Sunday tradition. We hike around Sherando then get brunch at Sclafani’s! This place is always so busy but the staff is truly wonderful. The young lady that greets us is always so kind to my kids and a great person in general. The food is always perfect.
