The drinks and food were good, as expected, but by the time our order was finally taken to when we left, it was about 20 minutes. Our order was incorrect on several items. When I tried to correct the girl over the intercom, she just told me to drive around, and the orders were never corrected.

The people are very friendly here and are certainly good with timing and getting orders right; however, I have tried many items from Sonic, mainly from two locations, and I have to say that all of the food that I order from this location seems to be significantly lower in quality than the food at the Leesburg location(524 Trimble Plaza Southeast). Most notably, the hot dogs, pretzels, and all floats at this location are subpar compared to the other one

The microphones are bad, and when you ask them to repeat what they said, they yell and speak poorly. They're really rude. And this just happened today, July 7, 2025.

I ordered the number 1 well done. When I got my burger, it just had the bread and the well done meat, but nothing else. I had to go through the long drive through line to get the correct sandwich.

Use to love sonic! Especially since there is only one in winchester. But this place is the absolute worst! They can't ever get an order right. God forbid you order a specially Burger like the grillo dill pickle triple sonic smasher, then you'll get the regular smasher. Oh and if you have food allergies for get it you get the onions and die I guess! Lousy service.

I usually go couple times a week for lunch. Today service was so slow at the drive thru I had to leave before they even took my order at the speaker. One car in front of me at window and I waited 15mins at speaker for them to take my order. Only have limited time for lunch and they were not busy even on the side area. They need to do better or risk losing more customers.

Took over 5 minutes before order was taken. Another 20 minutes before the order came out and my shake was melted, food was cold, and place was just messy. They forgot my fries, so I pressed button to tell them, but they didn't respond for 5 minutes. Then we waited 15 more for the fries that never came.

Waited at the drive through for over 5 mins and no one ever came over speaker to take order. Said hello several times with no response. Pulled up to a station because I saw someone bringing out food and asked should I just order there since no one was responding at the drive through and was told they were sorry but to push the button at the station I was parked at to order. Pushed the button and no one came out. After waiting several min I left. Waste of 15 min of my life. Won’t return and do not recommend.

The food was awesome. Everything came out as ordered very quickly and completely fresh. I just wish I lived closer but I stop here almost every time I come up this way!
