I went there today (1/16) around 4 PM and they were slammed. I ordered through the drive-thru, and when I checked my bag, a few items were missing. I parked and walked over to let them know, and they went above and beyond to fix it—no attitude, no hassle, just genuinely kind and quick service. Mistakes happen when places are busy, but how they handled it is what mattered. I’ll absolutely be back.

I went here this morning for breakfast and was not happy at all. Service was very slow. I saw her spoon my drink right in front of me and then just refilled it. She didnt even get me a new cup and it was literally just filled with ice. My breakfast sandwich was literally tiny. I paid almost $12 for everything and the bacon was burned in it

We went to Sonic at 6pm. We got our order and the whole thing was cold. Burgers, chicken sandwich and tots all cold. It seems like the food at this places has really gone down hill.

I went and sat in the drive-thru line for 15 minutes. When my food came out you would think that at least it would be hot. It was not it was ice cold. For $13 for a cheeseburger you would think that it would at least be edible. It was not. Never again!

I waited 32 minutes to place an order and never go helped. Finally drove off. Wouldn't even give them 1 star. This is the second time I've tried to eat here and Noone even came in the speaker to take my order. Its crazy!

The drinks and food were good, as expected, but by the time our order was finally taken to when we left, it was about 20 minutes. Our order was incorrect on several items. When I tried to correct the girl over the intercom, she just told me to drive around, and the orders were never corrected.

The people are very friendly here and are certainly good with timing and getting orders right; however, I have tried many items from Sonic, mainly from two locations, and I have to say that all of the food that I order from this location seems to be significantly lower in quality than the food at the Leesburg location(524 Trimble Plaza Southeast). Most notably, the hot dogs, pretzels, and all floats at this location are subpar compared to the other one

The microphones are bad, and when you ask them to repeat what they said, they yell and speak poorly. They're really rude. And this just happened today, July 7, 2025.
