I went there today (1/16) around 4 PM and they were slammed. I ordered through the drive-thru, and when I checked my bag, a few items were missing. I parked and walked over to let them know, and they went above and beyond to fix it—no attitude, no hassle, just genuinely kind and quick service. Mistakes happen when places are busy, but how they handled it is what mattered. I’ll absolutely be back.
The drinks and food were good, as expected, but by the time our order was finally taken to when we left, it was about 20 minutes. Our order was incorrect on several items. When I tried to correct the girl over the intercom, she just told me to drive around, and the orders were never corrected.
I ordered the number 1 well done. When I got my burger, it just had the bread and the well done meat, but nothing else. I had to go through the long drive through line to get the correct sandwich.
