This morning I sat in the drive thru line for about 15 mins. No biggie but, when I got
To the window all I had was a large bill to pay with for my order. After waiting all that time I was told they couldn’t take my payment and I had to leave my whole order of 4 drinks. A multi million dollar company can’t give me change for $100. I have never had an issue at any other Starbucks or LOCAL coffee company. I guess LOCAL IS BEST.

I ordered a caramel frappe, it said it would be ready at approximately 4:57 pm. I went through drive thru at 4:57 and they had to look for it. I finally got to the window and waited another 6 minutes (I have a video) before my order was brought to me. It had chocolate crumble, which maybe shouldn’t be a big deal. But I ordered cinnamon crumble because I don’t like chocolate and I paid extra for this. So I said it isn’t right. She said we can remake it and reluctantly took my order. She then went to the other girl and they took a spoon and scooped the whipped cream and chocolate off, or tried. She brought it back, I said so that’s what you meant? Because now it has even more whipped cream and I ordered light. She said you want us to remake it all? So being angry, I left. I paid almost $7 for a medium drink. You’d think I could get what I paid for and not have to go home and try to dig out the rest of the chocolate.

Wanted a peppermint mocha Frappuccino & it has a hint of peppermint flavor but is almond milk w/a little peppermint. There's no mocha or even color of it... wth? So bummed as it's a waste of money cause it's not worth drinking

I’ve been getting my regular drink at this location for about a year now , sometimes twice a day. Recently the baristas have been extremely rude and make up their own rules in order not to serve me. This has happened on multiple occasions. (Maybe they’re tired of seeing my face 😂) Today was the last straw. They didn’t have venti cups today. The drink I wanted can’t be put in a Trenta cup as this is apparently “against policy”. This has happened before at other locations and I wasnt inconvenienced by Starbucks lack of preparedness, and they got me my damn drink. I’m sorry , this is a coffee shop do you want people to buy drinks or not? When I asked to speak to a manager I was told that she would be telling me the same thing. I drove away bc at this point they’d probably spit in my drink 😅 as I’m driving away the girl at the speaker goes “byyeeeee”. This is unacceptable behavior - please control your staff.

Manager was extremely rude and took forever to get order only to have hot chocolate taste like coffee- there was zero rush hardly any people in drive thru-and she had a fit making another and asked to see her manager and she was the manager. Zero professionalism slamming things making a point. Seriously needs some training in customer service.
