Baristas are very accommodating and all smiled wile serving us. Barista Jay is very nice and cheerful. Mostly all of them are pretty good doing job. Starbucks Co. are lucky to have them. Cheers.

This used to be a good Starbucks, however; no longer. The staff was friendly, but the drinks over-priced and don't taste as good as in the past. The powdered chocolate tastes awful and there were no chips in the java chip. The prices climb and quality declined.

The employees work very hard and are always friendly even under the amount of stress and pressure they are put under. I hate to leave a lower star review, but I have gotten more milk than coffee in my orders for about the past year especially the past few months. I just ask for a splash and then just asked for cold foam and no splash and it’s still just milk with the smallest amount of coffee. Not sure if they just don’t want to make more coffee due to the high demand of working in the hospital but I don’t want to pay $5+ for expensive milk when I’m expecting coffee…

Stick with the lemon cake. The red velvet is terrible. I frequent this location often and the service is very good unfortunately the food and drink is somewhere between average and average all the water the same cup of coffee and they'll taste very different from each other I will say the lemon cake is amazing earlier this week we ordered the bacon egg and cheese cheddar and got sausage instead and it was not my cup of tea. Considering how Starbucks is expensive you just expect to get perfection every time.

the location is very near Shenandoah University, so it is always a busy place. the drinks are all fine, but the biggest drawbacks to this location is the the speaker at the drive through is sometimes hard to hear and it seems all locations were told to be more "personable" and the baristas ask all sorts of questions but you can tell they don;t care what your answer is. comes across as rather fake.

I ordered the Pineapple Passionfruit beverage. They did not disappoint on this one. Burst of nice flavors. I opted for coconut milk . It was so good, I should of ordered a larger size lol. This location is clean,well staffed and definitely great service ?

This Starbucks is located in winchester hospital. Just coffee urns on the counter. Coffee is hot and fresh. A good pick me up. Thru hard times at hospital. Clean and condiments are available.
