Baristas are very accommodating and all smiled wile serving us. Barista Jay is very nice and cheerful. Mostly all of them are pretty good doing job. Starbucks Co. are lucky to have them. Cheers.
This used to be a good Starbucks, however; no longer. The staff was friendly, but the drinks over-priced and don't taste as good as in the past. The powdered chocolate tastes awful and there were no chips in the java chip. The prices climb and quality declined.
After a rough medical day JJ at Starbucks absolutely made my day! They were on top of making sure all the orders were perfect while still engaging customers and keeping a fun attitude. We need more JJ’s in this world… be like
