The young man that took our order was rude. We tried ordering but he clearly was not listening to what we wanted. He had the cold cup out and told him they are hot coffees. He slammed the plastic cups back in the holder said they could be either or. We choose not to order because of his attitude. I made a comment to the other worker we would be contacting the manger. He was then concerned about his attitude yelling ma’am ma’am as we are heading out the door. This young man clearly needs to leave his attitude at home and learn to work in the public. I guess he didn’t get what he wanted for Christmas! We will not return to this Starbucks. It’s a shame we always enjoy a sweet treat while getting our groceries in this Martins store where this Starbucks is located.

There is one employee that needs some retraining because he got my drink wrong twice. After the second drink was brought out wrong I don’t plan on going back. I’ve NEVER had problems at this Starbucks until he started working there. Asked for a DCCF. I was given one with coffee in it, and the next one was a white mocha.

The employees are nice/ friendly but it’s Slow service and it isn’t the cleanest. The works don’t wash hands or use gloves when making the order.

Stopped into Martin’s to grab a few things. Decided to grab Starbucks @ 6:30 at night. Asked the girl behind the counter if they were open and she replied no. I asked what time they close and she said 6:30 and it varies every night. I checked the website bc it looks like they were open. They close at 7. Who runs a business like this? Guess they don’t need the money. I don’t mind the drive across town to go get coffee bc it won’t be here.
