Sarah the manager is amazing, my daughter and I always come through and they have the best customer service ! We had an issue with an order , called out and let Sarah know , not only did she recognize me (idk if that's a good or bad thing lol) but she also remembered my drink and made the situation right, talk about 5 start customer service! Sarah I commend you, you are amazing! You know how to run A store the ethical way & have phenomenal customer service skills !

Worse experience at this location this morning, I ask for cup to be lined with mocha the person tht made the drink loaded the coffee with mocha, it taste Awful. Had to return the breakfast sandwich, it was luke warm, not done. I ask for the pastry to stay in the package it was out the package, these fast food places getting worse by the minute, 👎

I’ve recently moved to the area and i’m so amazed at the professionalism and care from the employees at this Starbucks. Specifically, Scar is one of the most caring employees i’ve ever encountered. Not only did they take the time to perfectly make my order, they also were incredibly respectful, caring, and sweet. They definitely made me loyal to this Starbucks from now on! Great job Scar!

Matcha drink, this morning, tasteless, like water, when a customer ask for lite ice, the cup should not be filled with ice, it waters the drink down. Soooo i received a tall, half cup of drink with half foam for over $7, smh, such a rip offffffffffff, 👎

I stop by this place pretty often and over its a solid place for a coffee break the drinks are usually well made and the seasonal option are always fun to try the baristar are friendly though sometimes service can be a bit slow during busy hours the space is clean and has enough seating for a quick hangout or to get some work done its not perfect but definitely areliable spot when i need my caffeine fix

This Starbucks has such a great team. The breakfast sandwich I ordered was perfect, the taste and the presentation, my iced coffee was so delicious too. The customer service was outstanding everyone was genuinely nice. I am now going to start drinking Starbucks again regularly after this amazing experience. The vibe in this location is also great.

I have done there twice in the last two days just to see and both days were not good. I went around 5:30 in the morning on my way to work. The first day I ordered a venti hot chocolate and they gave me a grande. Then asked me if I wanted them to remake it since I wanted a venti. Umm, if I wanted a larger drink and you made me a smaller one don’t you think that makes sense? The second day (today) I ordered again, a venti hot chocolate and they said “oh, you want a venti sized matcha iced latte?” What is going on?? If you can’t function at 5:30 in the morning making drinks maybe change your shift, or better yet job. Thank goodness you’re not in healthcare.
I am getting used to not getting what I order. How hard is it to listen? Friendly service, but paying a premium and not getting what one asks for is getting old
