Ordered a foot long cold cut sub. Noticed the smaller portions of vegetables mentioned in other reviews but wasn't to concerned because the place seemed clean. Took my sandwich home and after taking one bite I had to throw it away because something tasted rotten.
Please do yourself a favor and avoid this specific subway at all costs! The staff is unfriendly, argumentative, and the environment with all the “WE DO NOT ACCEPT COUPONS” signs is very uninviting. They charge way more than other subways in the area, they give you the skimpiest amount of meat and cheese, and staff makes darn sure they charge you if you ask for some extra to make it an actual meal that will fill you up, and the ingredients are not fresh, bread is always stale, and they hide the meat so you can’t even see it before they slap it on your sub. There’s only ever 1 person working at a time so it’s also very slow.
Been there multiple times hoping it would get better, but it hasn’t. It’s managed to get worse. 0/5 stars.
The place was empty. Clue 1 during lunch hour. Service was very stingy about adding more than 2 pieces of spinach to my sandwich. Not much toppings. 2 pieces of each - onion, green pepper, spinach and tomato and cucumber. The Italian herb and cheese bread, had 2 melted pieces of cheese.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! That is exactly what I did! I paid $40 for 3 subs and I get home and it was all veggies and a couple slivers of meat!
The bad experience did not even start there. It started when my daughter and I walked in the door. A young girl with dark hair was working and we placed an online order. I asked her if I could switch out the chips she threw in there and she acted annoyed that I even asked her a question! I e got our drink and I said Thank you! And she just glared at me and was on her cell phone. So to have that experience and then come home to empty sub is beyond frustrating! I tried to call the store and ask to speak to a manager but of course no one answered! After reading all the reviews, I think corporate needs to be contacted and told to read the reviews.
OH MY GOD THIS PLACE RUINED SUBWAY FOR ME. First time we went there to this location and first time trying the “nachos”. Lmao! I’m sorry…. As soon as I pulled out these nachos I did nothing but laugh. What else can you do? There’s literally no cheese at all.
But what’s worse ( if that’s even possible)
Is the subway subs. She put 5 tiny pieces of chicken teriyaki, about 1/2 a slice of cheese , and like 10 pieces of shredded lettuce . Bread wasn’t fresh it had a weird taste to it . Hell the subway restaurant didn’t even smell like subway I should have realized something was wrong right then.
Blaring Indian music . Which is fine and all but weird for a restaurant of any chain .
Girl employee also wasn’t in any kind of uniform and was strange . This was 2 nights ago 4/16. What a weird and bad experience
I placed a mobile order for 2 Italian BMTs with DOUBLE MEAT. I paid 6 dollars for the double meat and didn't receive double meat. I call the restaurant and they were very rude and they did not refund the $6.
This is the worst sub I’ve ever received from subway!
Really wish I read the reviews before going here. I asked for extra everything and they gave me less than a single portion. The bread was stale, and so cold even though I asked for it toasted. Then they had the audacity to charge me $1.29 for a side of sauce. Please save your money and go elsewhere! I’m surprised by how many reviews that are critiquing on the same issue, and they are still doing nothing to resolve it. This place needs to be closed down.
Do yourself a favor and believe the ratings on this location. Horrible…unless you like a bread sandwich. They barely put anything on your sandwich…it’s like they are rationing food for the apocalypse
If you order double meat, don't expect to actually get double the meat—just the extra charge. Disappointed with the lack of attention to orders and value for money.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars cause that’s what they deserve. Wife ordered me a Chicken Bacon Ranch which basically was old bread wrapped around lettuce and tomato with what looks like little bitten pieces of chicken and a half a piece of bacon. My wife got another sub and it was same story. Worst $35 ever spent in my life. These people are literally price gouging customers and not giving customers what they paid for based off all the reviews I am seeing. We called and asked to speak with manager and the guy I spoke with was rude and said maybe they will get in touch with me tomorrow after I explained situation to him. Place just straight up sucks, hopefully they go out of business soon cause they need another place there and the service is terrible, they only care about getting as much money as possible and don’t actually give customers what they request for.

I have given this place three opportunities (all terrible experiences) over the years since they opened. Today was the final. I went against my better judgement, and even mentioned to the person with me before we went in that if they continue to skimp on the vegetables and servings, I would never return.
The young lady making the sandwiches was clearly instructed by the owner (or she just sucks) to add the bare minimum to any given sandwich. I ordered a footlong, and she literally added 4 tiny banana peppers, a few olives, super thinly sliced 4 tomatoes that didn’t even cover the entire footlong and same for the maybe 3 thinly sliced cucumbers that were left in the container, maybe 4-5 tiny slivers of onion, maybe 20 small leaves of spinach that didn’t even cover the length of the foot long, and a pinch with three of her fingers of diced green peppers. I asked her to add a bit more of all, but she was so reluctant and almost afraid to do so. This is definitely not the standard, and for the price of the subs these days, covering the length of a sub with a few more veggies is not going to make or break a place. Never again. I have never seen a subway that seemed to chop their veggies more than how they typically are at all other subways. Strange, never again! Never!

$17 for a sub and literally had to go somewhere else. Absolutely disgusted
Location doesn't honor company coupons, employees on their phone. Empty store, Food doesn't look fresh.
