This location is trash. They barely put meat on your sandwich and then when you tell them what you want they don't listen. The Indian woman and man act as if they don't understand English. I didnt even recieve a whole scoop of steak. Horrible subway that needs to be shut down.

Though I do not leave online reviews very often, I thought I would leave one here about this Subway location to warn others so they don't waste their time or money either. On 3/7/24, I ordered two subs online for pickup, one with double cheese and double meat. When I arrived at the location, they were still making the 2nd sub and I noticed that they hardly put any meat or cheese on the sub at all let alone double. I said to the guy making my sub that I paid for double meat and cheese to which his reply was just a smirk on his face. I had my wife and a crying 3 year-old in the car so I didn't have time to argue. As far as the veggie toppings, my wife did not get the cucumbers or pickles she ordered on her sub and the tomato topping consisted of ONE very thinly sliced piece on each side of the footlong. My wife had also ordered cheese on her sub to where there was one small triangle of cheese on each side. I know many restaurants have been reducing food portions due to inflation but this was ridiculous. We paid $24 for essentially two pieces of bread. I absolutely will never order from this location again until I know its under new management/ownership and as its apparent that this is a common theme for this location, I would advise others to avoid ordering here as well unless they're ok with paying $24 or more for two pieces of bread.

Ordered online for pickup. Ordered a coldcut and a steak and cheese sub with extra meat, barely had any meat on it at all, they forgot ingredients that were ordered.

I see I was correct, don’t waste your time coming here as the owner don’t care about customers & doesn’t have proper pricing. He says I can make my prices how I want them. Good luck getting the business buddy because your gonna get shutdown eventually.All reviews are correct they skimp on all products. Older employee needs to comprehend a little better & speak clearly. The young one was good but I wouldn’t waste your time I left the food there I didn’t wanna pay their outrageous scam prices.

I normally do not leave a review but today I will. We order at the store and I got a Monster sub and well it’s more like a Shrimp. There is more bread than anything and literally two pieces of spinach two banana peppers two pickles. This is awful for the price you pay for the food not to mention it’s cold when I asked for it to be hot! I do not recommend this subway at all and will never eat here again.

Ordered a sub online. Received the smallest sub I’ve ever received in my dozens of times going to other subway locations. I had just one napkin in the bag and when I asked for more I received just two. Why so stingy?

I rarely leave reviews but felt compelled to. I asked for a salad here and the young lady told me she can’t make a salad because it requires too much lettuce. So I said, “Okay, I’ll go to Chick-fil-A, thanks anyway.” She quickly changed her mind and proceeded to make me the world’s smallest salad with a few shreds of lettuce. I asked for more lettuce and she added a tiny pinch more. I honestly thought she was kidding. This subway is the stingiest around. One must ask for extra everything, because they do not provide enough food to begin with, and then of course they charge you extra for it. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Go to the subway on Pleasant Valley Rd instead, they offer way more food for way less money.

Ordered online. When we picked up our salad bowls there was hardly any food in them. One salad was a BLT with 1 slice of bacon. And a steak bowl with 1 lunch meat slice of beef. They skimped on the protein but also the veggies! I could have held my salad in one of my small hands. Also they neglected the gauc ordered on one salad in which we were charged extra for it. We will be here for a few days and will not be returning to this store even though we love Subway.

Very small portions and stingy with toppings. Asked for more spinach and she added 2 more leafs, asked for more green peppers and she added 2 slivers. Bread was dry and falling apart.

Went in at lunch time and ordered a 6in Philly. Guy started making 2 6in (same sandwich) I thought oh well I’ll just get a foot long (11.99) no big deal. Went to pay and upgrade to the meal extra 3.89 and he charged me for 2 different 6in subs which totaled 20+ dollars. I said..you charged me twice for a 6in. He says (barely in English) that’s not what you said and refused to make it right. I told him 6+6 equals 12in. Same sandwich. This guy is a scam artist. Beware.

Worst subway. Rude and disrespectful people working here. If I’m going to pay $13 for a footlong, don’t be stingy and mumble to other coworkers if I ask for xtra pickles. I keep hoping management will change. Will not be going back until then.
