Would give this location 0 stars if I could. Walked into this location on 522 North inside the Handy Mart this week to get a sub to take home for dinner and there was a young guy working behind the counter but there were no customers at all that were waiting ahead of me and I had to call out to him just to get his attention. When he finally acknowledged me and asked if he could help me I said yes I would like a sub then he said okay I'll be just a couple of minutes I have to make some bacon then I said oookay help yourself then I noticed there was bacon still in a tray that they use for subs so I couldn't understand the immediate need for him to need to make more as a paying customer stood there needing service. So after he walked to the back I just decided to leave and take my money next door to Jimmy John's where I received prompt service and a great Italian sub so therefore I see no need to patronize this Subway ever again.

This is the second time this year I have gotten subs from them on doordash and the bread is not fully cooked to the point that some of it is raw. I used to love getting food from this place cause it’s convenient and was really good. Now I think I’m gonna stop getting food from them at all :(

I ORDERED A HM SUB. I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR THE FRESHEST BREAD AS I AM NOT A FAN Of HARD BREAD. LOW AND BEHOLD THE BREAD WAS HARD!!! I WILL UTILIZE A DIFFERENT SUBWAY NEXT TIME

We just ordered food from here. When we got the food home (we literally live 1 mile away) the food was cold and we ordered 3 hot subs. We ordered double meat on one sub and honestly there was barely enough on there for a regular sub. This is ridiculous. For the amount that is paid there is no reason for this. (We ordered online and got there just as the last sub was being bagged so no they did not sit there. They should have been hot!!)

The service was decent. Young man takes all of your order at once then tries to remember it. When putting veggies on they stick them all in the middle of the sub. Please spread the veggies out end to end on the sub. The manager is never nice. Never smiles. Never greets. I would go to Senseny Road subway if it wasn’t across town.

My Husband & I went to this Subway at 8:55 in the morning to get take out & was told by one staff girl they don't open up until 9 Am. even though they was making a Wrap sandwich & their website said Open as of 7 Am. So after waiting 5 min. We were told by another staff girl we don't open up until 10:00 today. So we just left. Also to the Manager Please update your website hrs.
