Placed an online order for two subs. Both subs were straight up wrong. We went back to get it corrected and they gave us attitude saying “how is it wrong? We wouldn’t do that” then our “fixed” subs were completely wrong again.

Don't try to use a coupon they don't work . Had one 3 footlongs for $ 17.99 and the date was good , wouldn't take I paid $31 instead RIPOFF !!!!

Did a mobile order for two subs, one toasted one not toasted. Picked it up and got home and noticed both were toasted. Went back and instead of just making me the right sandwich, Jo looked through my order to prove me wrong, then had to call his manager to see how to handle the situation, then made me give him the incorrect sub back. He gave off an attitude as if it were my fault the sub was made incorrectly in the first place. Won’t be back soon.

If I could rate the service at zero I would today at 11:49am the man working acted like a violent maniac I have went in this subway for years every day for lunch and I have never experienced anything like this anywhere I asked for a cup for ice and utensils he walked over and brought back the cup without utensils and I said sir can I please have some utensils and he slam my food down through my money down started screaming at me saying do you expect me to do everything in here So I told him never mind that your rude and nasty and Keep your food so the money he threw at me I Picked it up and walked out the door as I was leaving he was hollering that he threw my money at me because he planned on buying my lunch I don't think so I will never return to this subway again I've overlooked the food for years looking spoil welded up the meat being hard and crusty on the ends and the vegetables being soggy the bubble machines being empty but I'll be darned if I'm gonna have somebody act violent and throw things at me because I said sir may I please have some utensils I strongly don't recommend going to this location unless you want to encounter a maniac!!!!!!!!!

I went there yesterday and there was one worker working named Eric. He asked if I had an online order and I said no. He said it will take a few minutes because he was preparing an online order. I told him to take his time. I was standing and waiting patiently for about 10 min. before another customer came in. Eric promptly took this gentlemen’s order and made his sandwich. Eric wouldn’t even look at me and I know he knew I was trying to get his attention. I never felt so disgusted in my life. I knew he didn’t want to serve me. But whatever his reason was I will never come back up this establishment. I didn’t cause a scene or said anything and just left after another 5 min of trying to get his attention.
Almost hidden in a little shopping center, but a bright and clean space. The staff member who helped me was friendly, and the subs were exactly what I'd expected.
