The manager is rude and belligerent. The product has enough chemicals to clean a kitchen floor. Add fluorescent lighting to the experience and you feel like you’re pretty much in a prison. I can’t support a place like this and really wish they’d go out of business.

I’ve been here 3 times in a month and every single time I go none of the machines are working. The Frozen yogurt doesn’t come out and if it finally comes after pressing down on the handle for 30 seconds it comes out thick. It’s not even soft. The customer service is terrible and I will not be returning here anymore. Used to be my favorite place around.

Store was very dirty, even kids there eating commented thr bathrooms smelled like pee and had poo on the walls.
The store used to be cute, now its just a bunch of tables and storage in front dining area.
