I can't begin to tell you how grateful I am that I found this place! I eat paleo for health reasons and really wanted to be able to have cake at our wedding I could eat. Oh my word, did they deliver! (Figuratively and literally!). Our cake was amazing and the cupcakes for our guests were killer. Thank you so much!

Cake nightmare never place an order here terrible customer service. i placed an order April 5 2024 and paid $122.10 pick up April 27th at 9am. I was very very clear when I was placing my order and even went in person to go over it to make sure we were on the same page. I provided some accessories for my order. I got there to pick up my order none of the accessories were used and the associates told me Shawn had emailed me that they can't use them. I never received any email I do have an email of Shawn saying I can drop off my accessories because they can't provide them. They had written on the cake"straight outta 1984" even though i provided a sign to use but it wasn't used they wrote it instead.. I had to pick up this cake and drive 1 hour and 30mins to drop this cake off for a surprise party and had to drive 1 hour 30mins back home. Because the person I was surprising lived with me.. And due to them messing up my cake not once but twice after they took it back to fixed it I had to figure out different plan. i was late for to drop off the cake. I had sign that I had pick up the cake and asked Shawn to call me. She didn't and her associate were supposed to let her know but I guess they didn't either I emailed Shawn and not once she apologized for what her team did. Shawn was very rude that they won't issue any refund. because she had spoken to the owner. i asked for the contact but she didnt provide. i wasnt asking for a full refund just some. because i did take the cake i had no time to place an order somewhere else. I'm very disappointed she even quoted me $80 for the cake and change it to $115.95 before tax..if you would ask your associates i did tell them i was unhappy i told them that im only signing the cake because i have picked it up. they told me they will have the manager call me back. and you never did. and if you checked the sign receipt you would have known i asked you to call me. but you stated that you dont look at the forms.... when i emailed you.

Terrible experience. Unable to follow directions as to the minor details of the cake. They even misspelled “Birthday”! How does a company who makes cakes misspell birthday?? Never going there again. Btw they didn’t offer an apology or refund and actually argued about them not being wrong. An absolutely foolish business. Don’t go here!

8" personalized chocolate cake$43My mother and I were traveling to Winchester from out of town for her 70th birthday and I wanted to order a specialty cake.Our local Airbnb suggested sweet tooth.I ordered an "elegant sunflower cake" and sent a picture of something I would like and they were able to reproduce it beautifully.We had to travel 3 hours back to Roanoke and the cake held up the whole trip! Not to mention it was delicious!The restaurant in Roanoke where we ate that night, asked us if it was from Sweet Tooth. Apparently their reputation proceeds them even all the way down in Roanoke. We ended up giving a portion of it to the staff that night so they could enjoy the cake too!Thank you all!

I visited the bakery a week prior to a bridal shower to select and pay for two dozen cookies. Upon returning on Saturday morning to pick up the order, It was not completed. The bakery offered to prepare cookies, which we came back later and waited an additional 20 minutes for. The final product did not meet my expectations as cookies appeared to be decorated in a manner inconsistent with professional standards. I was left, feeling disappointed with the overall experience.Due to the delay in the preparation of the cookies, I regret to inform you that I was unable to personally collect them. As a result, I arranged for someone else to retrieve them on my behalf.
Love this place, I have a peanut allergy and they handled it great and made sure it was safe. this place dose a great job at customer service and baking their sweets! The food is absolutely delicious as well!
