I stopped here 12/28 to pick up a door dash and the blonde opening the store was incredibly rude. I’ve literally never experienced anything like that. First the lobby doors were locked, so I pull in the drive thru and said “I’m here to pick up a door dash but your doors are locked?” She told me to pull around, so I did and she made the comment lobby is closed till 9 so I replied “DoorDash should put that in the notes” to which I was told, it’s posted on the door and I need to learn how to read. The reason behind the shitty attitude was because I had a shitty attitude first? I wasn’t even talking to the her from the jump when I said anything about door dash should list lobby hours for their drivers in the order screen. I hope she wasn’t a manager of any kind. I’d hate to work for her.

This location is especially slow and needs a total management overhaul. Staffing seems to be a constant issue. They are now also refusing to let me buy a cup of water. If I have to wait 20 minutes for a taco, I should at least be entitled to some water after the wait!

For some reason only 1 of my 6 hard shell tacos had cheese added to it, the rest of them had none! Hard shell tacos were soggy and falling apart. I asked for hot & mild sauce, but I was given none, also, no napkins were in our bag. The service was rude and slow. Drive-thru open only due to renovations. Definitely not stopping at this location ever again!
