Explained I wanted grilled cheese burrito with no meat, twice. Then said I wanted black beans instead of meat. But when I got home, I realized I had gotten a meat burrito! I had to spit it out and throw-out the rest. This is the 2nd time this has happened out of the 5 times I've been at the Pleasant Valley Rd Taco Bell in Winchester, VA. And I rarely eat fast food.

Vegetarian options: They offer vegetarian burritos, but if you repeat yourself to make sure they focus on making sure you get no meat, someone there seems to get their kicks out of making sure you GET meat, even though your receipt says bean. Don't leave without unwrapping the item to see if you got what you ordered, BEFORE you leave the drive thru!

Don't bother, it's not worth the time. I had ordered around 10pm and 10 minutes ahead of time and the order wasn't started by my arrival. The drive thru line wrapped all the way around the building and wasn't moving after several minutes. The workers weren't wearing gloves and didn't have proper food prep hygiene. A worker walked outside to talk to someone in the parking lot for an extended period of time. I canceled the order and went elsewhere.

My food hardly had any meat on it. The chalupa shell was tough to chew and not soft n warm. 32$ not worth spending. I can make it better than taco bell. So I guess it's my last time going as well as most fast food joints. Too spendy for so so food.

Good place to go for cheap meals. Points reward system. I seem to almoat always earn my self a free reward which can be valued up to almoat a 3$ item. (I always get the double stacked taco) Honestly charging money for the Verde and the new hot sauce is pretty dumb. IMO. But it's fast food. This usually doesn't mess up my order.
Vegetarian options: They have options to choose or swap things to make it vegi or vegan
Wheelchair accessibility: Flat lot. No stairs. Parking spots.
We had Crunchwrap supremes and the lettuce and tomato were both rotten in them and it was gross.

After having an absolutely TERRIBLE experience at "the other Taco Bell" (Welltown road) about 4 years ago, I started coming to this Taco Bell at all costs. Let me tell you, I have not been disappointed one time. The food and the service at this Taco Bell have always been excellent. Especially impressive when it's 3 am and the drive thru line is wrapped around the building. Keep at it y'all!
Vegetarian options: I am allergic to beef and other red meat and I shy away from meat in general but there is no shortage of vegetarian options at Taco Bell! It's very refreshing to go to a mainstream fast food location and be able to look at the menu and instantly see which options I can choose that don't contain meat. If you order on the kiosk they have a 'veggie mode' that you can toggle on to filter out items that contain meat.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever seen. I should have taken a torch to the $40, at least that would’ve been warm. The rice had been left out and was rock solid and they left out several items from our order. Hopefully the other locations are better..wait, they couldn’t possibly be worse. Fingers crossed ??.
