For some reason only 1 of my 6 hard shell tacos had cheese added to it, the rest of them had none! Hard shell tacos were soggy and falling apart. I asked for hot & mild sauce, but I was given none, also, no napkins were in our bag. The service was rude and slow. Drive-thru open only due to renovations. Definitely not stopping at this location ever again!

Horrible service!!! Went through the drive thru and was asked to wait a minute. Of course no issue at all until i sit there for 5 minutes. I remind them i was waiting and got the response of “yeah you can hold on”. Well they just lost a customer at that location. I will not support a business that supports customer service like that.

The manager here is the sweetest man you’ll ever meet. he offered to turn up the ac for us and even gave us free cinnamon twist. The service was greata nd the establishment was clean. 10/10!

This is absolutely unbelievable how slow this taco bell is there’s always a line and I’m always waiting for 30 minutes. I DoorDash and these orders are having to wait so long due to this inconvenience…

Ordered 8 tacos 3 was to sub roasted chicken again they messed up this time they put add beef to the chicken who in the world wants beef added to the chicken so now 3 tacos that I again paid extra for that are supposed to be just chicken taco bell just gets worse and worse they took out the pizzas then for us that cant do beef they can't get the chicken tacos correct im done
