i ordered two Cheesy Street Tacos… they gave me two random pieces of chicken thrown into the big bag along with my other food. The chicken was the only thing thrown in with absolutely no little bag keeping them together… mind you i didnt even order the chicken i ordered Cheesy street tacos. As soon as i got home and noticed i did not get what i ordered, i drove right back. The women at the register was arguing with me, telling me the two random pieces of chicken WAS the Tacos…. Photos below of the said chicken vs the tacos… she was arguing with me for about THREE WHOLE MINUTES before the guys in the kitchen came to calm her down and tell her they re-made me the food. She rolled her eyes and practically threw the bag at me. I come here ALL THE TIME, and although the food is a hit or miss some nights the staff has ALWAYS been super super nice and ive never had an issue. This was my first time seeing this lady and i hope i never have to see her again, or at the very minimum i hope she gets some more customer service training. Extremely disappointed.

Cashier was polite and even tried to save me money. Very friendly. Her English was a little tough to understand but we got it. AC felt like it wasn't working well so I felt bad for the people in the back. Getting my order was mostly quick and accurate.

Stopped by while driving through the area and man what a surprise. This is easily the best Taco Bell I have ever been to. Service was good and quick, not only that but the tacos were more filled than any ones if ever received from a Taco Bell.

Pulled up to the speaker and whoever was on the other end. A man on July 9th at 3:20 PM. He rudely told me to give him a minute and then I sat there for five minutes and still no answer. Thank god nobody pulled in behind me. I finally gave up and backed out of the drive through to get away. Rude and unprofessional.

Don’t answer there phone at all when customers are calling how will they be fixing a problem with out answering phones
Would not honor advertised pricing and were trying to charge $2 more than advertised for a meal (correct location set in app and offer was current and valid). This is the 2nd time this has happened to me and upon asking in person, employees and managers don't seem to care about false advertising and would not honor their advertised price. I don't appreciate multiple items on thier menu being listed at lower(false) prices than what you are charged once you go to pay.

I asked for extra scoop of steak on my bowl . They gave me three pieces of steak.
The guy at the counter was going to fix it. Then the woman that made the food , buds in ,and tells me that it was the right amount.
At the end of it I got my refund of $11. I could of got 3 or 4 different items for the bowl , but hard headed to give me extra steak.
