Went for dinner on Mother's Day weekend, so of course it was packed. But they had an online wait list, so the process was painless. Even though it was packed our waitress was so great! She was patient and friendly, checked in on us often. The food was good, what I would expect from a chain restaurant.

Ordered take out for myself and son and this is what the kids meal looked like. The chicken was so much smaller than how it's depicted online. Fries tasted like it was microwaved. My salmon salad was very dry .

Texas road House has its opposites. Tried three times and a new steak. Brought it back raw. I suggested to cut around the steak bone and cook it medium manager said they are not allowed to do that.Sent the salad back to. Music wasn't very inviting. all Over I paid for a hard time and a bad meal. Charged me full price too. No discounts. I didn't like this place.
We weren't lucky with the waitress allocated to us (Danni). She seemed to be in a hurry and our order was too bothersome to get. She brought us the wrong drink and was not happy about it. After that, She didn't come back until the check time. Our order for steaks were medium temperature but they came well done, unfortunately , we didn't have anyone to complain as she disappeared. It was a pity. It was also the first time this happened as we always get good service in this restaurant and good food
