There were hardly any patrons in the restaurant, and we were at one point the only patron in the bar. We told the bartender and manager that we had come in to see a particular game, and despite this, they put the game on a TV without audio and on a TV that kept stuttering. Even after indicating the game wasn't playing properly, the manager did not swap it to a different television. Obviously the staff wasn't concerned with who was actually in the restaurant, and that is an opportunity for them to improve.

Could not be more disappointed! We gave up on this place over a year ago because of the service, or lack there of! Went again tonight to try again after all this time, while waiting in line, a group before us was frustrated with how long it was taking to be seated WHEN THERE WAS NO ONE ELSE WAS WAITING. They said the foods good but the service sucks. I was like omg I hope this isn’t a sign lol. Finally we all got seated, we had our three kids with us. Got seated and after 17 minutes never saw a single waitress. No one took our drink order, greeted us, nothing. We left! We will definitely never return to this place again. After all this time sad to see nothing has changed.

Very disappointed with our experience. We spent over $100 on our order, and not only did they get it wrong, but we had to drive more than 30 minutes back to get what was missing. When we called, the manager was rude instead of taking responsibility for the mistake. It’s really frustrating to be treated that way after spending so much money. Businesses should remember that the customer is the one keeping them running. Definitely expected better service.
The tip for CARRYOUT defaults to 15%. You almost got me. I bet you get a lot of people like that. No wonder your business has gone so far down.
